So this has been my spot for over 10 yrs right. I have always supported it because of the quality, value and location. Usually go with the club or chicken bacon ranch. Decided to order pizza tonight. Ordered ahead, got there to pick it up and You could tell they were pretty new. I literally had no pizza sauce lol. Toppings and bread! Get it together I need you!! We need you!

The reason I give it a three star. If you order something online say like a soda and you get there they don’t have the one that you paid for or any other ones that are remotely good. I paid with my food online I did not get a refund for that drink and was not offered a refund. They didn’t care which is poor customer service.

Order was meant for a different location when ordered through the slice app and was sent to this store unknown to me. Store and Slice refuse to refund purchase. Poor service both on the Store side and Slice side. Would not recommend using the Slice app or their website or ordering.

Possibly the worst sandwich I’ve ever laid eyes on. How do you mess up a chicken parmesan ? I mean besides putting onion and green peppers. It did not have breaded chicken (it had chicken crumble) the cheese was cold the meat was not hot . Meatballs were not balls on the meatball sub chicken not breaded on the parm nuff said.

This is ridiculous thats 2 bites in and finally found 2 little pieces of chicken there is more jalapeno then meat every other Mancino’s at least puts meat you can see on theirs even the ranch and marinara is small and the cheese bread is just put on top of each other beware when your order here

This location charges twice the amount as other Mancinos! Buyer beware! You can save half your money and just drive a few more miles, never again! And on top of it it’s worse than other nearby Mancinos in quality
