Your customer response and quality of service is an absolute joke. If you cannot take care of your customers adequately and making sure that you are processing payments correctly you probably shouldn’t be running a business. This is the third time I’ve ordered from you guys in the last three or four months and every time either the delivery has taken over two hours or the order has been messed up and now this time you guys try to double charge me for my order. Great food as always! Not a lot of people stay to eat but the lobby it has a great view of west bay! Could use a little love, fixing things around the building. Updating the faded through window signs, fixing missing or stained ceiling tiles. A little goes a long way!

You can blame the pandemic for only so long. The store was dirty and disorganized. The small dinning area is still closed, which amazes me since it was always self-service. I ordered a meatball sub and they don’t have provolone cheese. Need I say more ???
