Went for an early dinner. I was quickly seated with an apology for not having a buffet in the evening. I ordered the shrimp egg roll and the boneless duck. The egg roll was very large and filled with shrimp and cabbage. The boneless duck was amazing. I was served a large sliced duck breast on top of mixed vegetables with a thick brown sauce. The skin was cooked perfectly and crispy. The meat was delicious with just enough fat to keep it moist. I was very impressed with this dish. I could not finish everything as there was too much food. I would order it again.

I love Mandarin for the buffet and to-go orders. I know the buffet is on the smaller side but full of flavor. Definitely one of my favorite restaurants in Clemmons.

Arrived right when they were opening, so food was coming out to the lunch buffet. A few unexpected surprises for the buffet being boom boom chicken (fried chicken with a slightly spicy creamy sauce) and sliced chicken cutlet, Thai chili chicken and curry chicken (with potatoe). People have mentioned that the buffet is “smaller than others”, but I would argue that A. This isn’t just a buffer restaurant B. Those places have a lot of “filler (aka cheap) items to make it look like a lot more and C. This is definitely quality over quantity and this buffet has ALL the staples and then some.

A little disorganized at times. We needed delivery, but were told that the driver was not available because he was coming in at 2:00. Things happen. Food is a bit salty. Portion sizes for lunch are sizable. Could easily drop price and quantity and still be adequate. We order lunch a few times per year for work.

Best Day Ever! Me and My Buddies Grant, Barniby, Katsuki and Agent Orange, rolled up to the joint and enjoyed the absolute Most Delightful spread of munchies to ever be presented. The staff was super friendly and chill, and always came to the table at the perfect timing to refill our beverages so that we can moisten our dry cottony mouths. I thouroughly Reccomend the mushrooms, the greenbeans, the asperagus, the red jelly, the lo mein, the jello, and the cake squares. the atmosphere was serene and the music loop was so relaxing that I found it hard ti get up and go get another plate, but I managed as the munchies here were absolutly superb.

Lazy rude don’t care to wait on you could be one family member table seated. No one else in the restaurant and they will ignore you for 10 or 15 minutes. Clearly place is indifferent to customer service and no one should waste their time waiting. We were there in 10 minutes long weekend no one else in the restaurant family of the weight staff. And nobody acknowledged 10 minutes at the door. We obviously ate somewhere else and I encourage all weather’s to eat somewhere else. Worst Chinese restaurant I’ve ever been in.

Got to the restaurant at 130 pm. The food was awful, dry, old. When I informed the waiter, he said, well we close at 3 so we can’t cook any fresh food. I was only able and willing to eat the lo mein noodles and hslf of a hard egg roll. It was awful. $12.79 for bad food and 1 glass of water since i couldn’t get a refill due to one other table being occupied. Definitely won’t be back!!!!!
