We ordered a ton of food here for our party of four. The lo mein noodles with pork was delicious, as was the general tso’s chicken and the cheese wontons. I wasn’t a fan of the egg rolls, but I don’t normally like egg rolls anyway.

Pick up lunch for two for under $20. Main course + white rice. Very nice lunch with left overs for dinner. Very nice couple who owns the restaurant. Easy pick up. Large menu (see attached photo). Very tasty and unique blend of standard Chinese foods. Have no idea what is with the negative reviews. Will be returning in the future!

Worst sesame chicken I’ve ever had. It was obviously cooked long (long) before I put in my order. I’ve seen some restaurants do this–they make a pile of cooked chicken and then add sauce and heat it a little in the wok when orders come in. This was disgustingly old tasting, and had that stale-crispy texture to it that 2-day old leftovers get. They need to stop doing this and actually bother to fry it fresh for people.

I’m giving three stars because there was only two people working the store. My order took over 45 minutes to get done. But there were about 25 other people there getting food. They were swamped. And my order was very very large. I was ordering for 10. They stayed open late to fulfill everyone’s order. I didn’t get to see the inside though.

By far the worst Chinese food I have ever eaten. Ordered the kung pow chicken lunch special. I don’t know what that was. But wasn’t kung pow chicken.The egg roll was the size of a Hershey mini bar and dry as sand. Also ordered meat fried wontons. So dry it crumbed and flaked all over my shirt. I live in Madison and will gladly travel elsewhere the next time I decide I want Chinese. I ended up ordering for McDonald’s further down the road. Very happy everyone else had such a great experience. Wish I could say I was one.

I used to get food here and thought it pretty good in the 1st few years that I moved to Madison. But I hadn’t tried them for awhile. But I came recently and ordered a combination dinner for takeout. Got home,my broccoli &beef was just ok. The egg roll old,tough. But the worse fried rice ever! It really was just steamed rice with soy sauce! Not 1 speck of egg, 1 pea or any vegetable!! I took it back. I complained that what I got was Not “fried rice”,but just brown steamed rice or rice with soy sauce. She sd that I got fried rice. I explained that any “fried rice”I’d ever got had a little egg &some veggies in it. But she sd everywhere make it different, this was how their “fried rice” is. I asked for a full refund and give bk rest of food,No. I asked for half. No,They would not refund even part of my money (I’d ate half of Broc/bf). I said “Even if everyone makes Fried Rice different, theirs is not fried rice. That it had been traditional way when ever I got it in the past. But I think that nite it was late, they were out and didn’t feel like making more and just put soy sauce in steamed rice. But to keep telling me that is how they make theirs now, and it “is fried rice “is wrong! And that I will never order from there and will write a bad review because people should know they won’t get the good food they expect!
