I am surprised at the good reviews. Not sure if we caught them on an off day but my daughter and I went in around 2pm and ordered a huge linner. I couldn’t believe how bad it was. We both agreed that the food was reheated and definitely at least 2 days old. It was absolutely horrible. I don’t think I have ever given a restaurant such a horrible review. I feel bad about it but I think honestly is important. I hope the owners read the reviews, so they can fix the problem. Not sure if you should go there during dinner time or after, when they make fresh food or what. There was a young teen girl working there and we also noticed the older woman who appeared to be the owner, being very rude and mentally abusive to the poor girl. She was doing a fantastic job. Poor thing.

Service was very attentive and food was good. Only problem was with one of our orders: request was for honey walnut chicken, but what came was honey walnut shrimp. And the sauce tasted like mayo. Hmm. Offer was made to replace the dish, but we were in a hurry to catch the next bus. We’d order more clearly next time.

Best mandarin in the area! I’ve been eating here for over 35 years & it has yet to change! Now my children have grown up eating here! The owner is fantastic & of course after all of these years knows my family. He is incredible for keeping this place together for the City of Issaquah- it just wouldn’t be the same without this restaurant. The services are great & the servings are huge! Always enough for leftovers to bring home. Parking is ok, sometimes you have to walk, but not far. I have many fond memories with family & friends dining here. It’s a family favorite!

I have been going here for a good 25 years since my parents took me as a baby. This place as the BEST potstickers there are. The meat is delicious and they are pan fried to perfection! They are one of my favorite foods. All of their dishes are cooked so well. Andy is an excellent chef and him and his wife run such a great place and are very friendly and welcoming. People with these 1 star reviews clearly do not eat a whole lot of Chinese food.

Called in my order, they didn’t start cooking it until I arrived. The woman on the phone was short with me, despite knowing I had never eaten here before. She stated I would need to call back when I knew what I wanted, as she had other customers. It was a Wednesday evening and when I arrived, there was only one table of customers in the whole place. Food was expensive, $9.99 and up for just fried rice. $11.99 for a single orange chicken, with no rice or sides offered whatsoever. The chicken was packaged separately from the sauce, so I literally had to finish preparing the dish myself. My fortune cookie was tossed in the bag, not even wrapped. Taste was mediocre, but it was a generous amount of food I guess.

Flavorful and tasty fare! It was our first visit and we will go back soon. Certainly at least for take-out!! Dine-in is tough with a 2yo, but he loved the garlic sauce! Everyone was very nice, great service!!!

Friendly service, great selection, tasty food. Order a side of fried Won Ton, you will thank me later. Cozy romantic seating area. This is one of the best places to eat in town, not even crazy like the place next door. Worth a trip from Bellevue. Reasonable prices and you will have food left over for one more meal per person. Our server made sure we were happy, and left us alone. We will be back.

Great food and service. Tons of food at a great price. The crunch on the chicken wings and orange peel beef was spot on! The size of the Walnut prawns we’re like small lobsters. Will definitely be our new spot for great Chinese food. Now to bring our business partner from Tsingtao here!

Extremely disappointed with my takeout order. We ordered the hot and sour soup, cashew nut chicken, chinese sausage fried rice, and sweet and sour pork.

This place is closed*Andy, the owner retired BUT This WAS the best Chinese restaurant anywhere. I can’t say enough about the hot & sour soup, almond chicken, prawns and sweet & sour sauce. Theirs is unique and I have never regretted once anytime I ordered that choice. The other items on the menu rock too. I like the chowmein better than the rice. The prices have gone up a few times, but I have been going since the opened. The owners and staff are exceptional!
