This is a fantastic place for sit down and takeout. Excellent food and reasonable prices with friendly staff. We have gone back for takeout a couple of times and would highly recommend. The one is issue I had was the diet coke was flat or an imitation cola but waiter replaced with seltzer. Best Chinese I have had in a long time

Had lunch here and ordered lunch combo plates. Hair was found in 2 separate items. We always come here when we are in the area but was put off today. Waiter gave another customer a hard time on the tip given and embarrassed the older African American man in front of everyone at the restaurant. I was totally put off by how it was handled so will not be returning. They usually have excellent food but my daughter wouldn’t touch hers after the hair was found, I didn’t want to make a big deal given how the other customer was treated. The waiters knew to step up customer service after the ordeal.

Me and my family have been going there for the past 5 1/2 years. The staff is very kind and patient and polite. The food is amazing and it is a place where they do not rush you in eating. If you want to have a small gathering or a lunch with loved ones or fellow co workers this place is somewhere that you should try. To me the owners of the restaurant really are welcoming they remember my family and the staff as well. It’s somewhere that you want to come back to and eat. The over all atmosphere is a peaceful one. They even have some items that they can recommend or that are new. If you are allergic or don’t want something they are very helpful and will follow what you tell them

Vegetables were fresh, but food was Bland overall. The “scallops* in the vegetables and scallops dish looked and tasted suspiciously like rounds that were punched out of some kind of white fish. Disappointing!! Service was very quick and staff were very kind.

TLDR: 0 STARS. WORST restaurant experience I’ve ever experienced, given a plate of onions as “chow mein” and manager was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Waiter Ricky was very kind, we are so thankful for at least 1 person being kind to us so we gave him a big tip. I RARELY give poor reviews, unless I think they truly deserve it.

Li Mein was inedible and had to be tossed out. Noodles felt rubbery and had ZERO flavor. I love lo mein, but this was just terrible. This was my first experience and last. I emailed them and did not hear anything back. They should be ashamed for sending out that flavorless and rubbery lo mein. It also wreaked with a burnt flavor.

I ordered pork fried rice and general Tso’s tofu. I live a mile away in Chestnut Hill and the food was ready in under 10 minutes. It was hot and delicious and the woman at the front was friendly and kind. It was my second time ordering food here and I’ll definitely be back!

Food has gone downhill as has service. They were happy to take my $ for a gift card promo and then told me it was expired and would not honor it. The woman at the register was rude. We used to eat her all the time as our local place prior to change of hand and loved it. Would not go back or recommend. Would recommend, rather, Dumpling House.
