Great little place, awesome prices good service classic tasty Chinese buffet style food. A good local alternative to like a Panda Express. They do have a drive-thru as well even though it is closed right now for construction or something. Probably the better food than half the buffets in town.

This was so delicious! We’re from Grand Forks. She made everything fresh. It was crisp and full of flavor. Everything was very nice. She brought our food out to us. It was reasonably priced at that. Less than $30 for my husband and I. I would recommend this restaurant. It will be one I return to when I come to Fargo

We are always in a hurry to get into their foods, so please excuse the photos from 2 different take outs! We love the food from Mandarin Kitchen Express, very tasty and good quantity as well. If I have to choose, my favorite would be beef with broccoli… actually they are all very good! Service is quick and always friendly. My teenager kids all agreed these are the real “Happy Meals”.

Mandarin Kitchen Express was a pleasant surprise. This place is run like a machine! The efficiency is fantastic. I spoke to several locals about where to grab some cheap eats and they all said Mandarin. The prices are absolutely reasonable. The portions are massive and the taste, well what I had slapped. I ordered the one entree of bourbon chicken and lo mein. You won’t find a better deal in Fargo for $8. Thanks for the great meal!

Service was great, portions were large. Unfortunately that’s the only good I have to say. I ordered the 2 entree combo, kung pao chicken & black pepper chicken. Both entrees were dry & tasted & looked old/stale. The fried rice was pretty plain also. I’ll try another restaurant next time I’m in town.

So I ordered this door dash so I do not know how it is at the location. The food overall is great. I had beef broccoli, Mongolian beef, and lo mein. Both the beef items were great. Great flavor and portion. Lo mean was lacking flavor. I would definitely eat here again… just might go for rice. 8 out of 10

Delicious Lo Mein and Mongolian Beef. I visited during their downtime and got treated well. Made a single portion entree fresh for me since entrees weren’t out yet for dinner service. How cool! Food is a little on the salty side but that could just be me.
