I don’t know about the atmosphere. I couldn’t rate that. I ordered off of a delivery app. Nonetheless, as soon as I opened the food I knew a severe lack of care went into prepping this meal. I ordered the “Garlic Steak Pasta” and received garlic spaghetti noodles and few tomatoes.

One star is too generous for what this is. I ordered through grubhub wanting to try something new and wish I had checked the Google reviews first. Grubhub does not say this place is out of a restaurant that we have already had several issues with in the past. So when our delivery driver called from said restaurant to say they were “Out of the meatballs” for one of our meals I was very confused. Then the food arrived and what I expected to be a decent portion of tasty Italian food with the $19 per meal that I paid was not even on par with a frozen Marie Calendar that had been microwaved 5 minutes too long, I was beyond disappointed. Complete waste of money. Never ordering from here again.

I was hesitant on ordering DoorDash from this ghost restaurant but was genuinely surprised. I ordered two Alfredo’s one with chicken and the other with shrimp, at first I saw the boxes and immediately thought they were very small portions but realized it’s plenty. The shrimp and chicken were well cooked and the pasta wasn’t chewy, only thing I would recommend is adding some sort of bread/cheese accommodation.

Was unaware of this kitchen’s status as a ghost kitchen when I initially ordered. Which would not have been an issue if the food was decent. Unfortunately what arrived tasted like frozen food with little flavor. This isn’t enough for me to dish out a one-star, what is, is the outrageous prices I paid for what I suspect to be a glorified Stouffer. If I were placed in the freezer isle. I’m positive I could find what they sold to me at an exuberant price

We ordered through Uber Sunday night 6/11. Uber was fine. But the restaurant was another story. Tiramiso was totally missing!! We ordered 1 make your own pasta with shrimp/mushroom/tomatoes with alfredo sauce and linguine. She got chicken/mushrooms/ tomatoes on linguine with Alfredo sauce.

2022-09: With 3rd party delivery services like UberEats, GrubHub, DoorDash, Waitr, etc., more and more ghost kitchens are popping up. Sometimes, people will end up ordering food from an establishment they aren’t aware is either part of a different restaurant or a restaurant that “rents” out some kitchen space to these ghost kitchens. Mandrino’s Italian Kitchen is a ghost kitchen, which only provides delivery, and is located within O’Charley’s. I used GrubHub to order a few items, Mama’s Meatball Crostini, Madrino’s Garlic Steak Pasta, and two Sweet Teas. My review does not factor in issues I had with my delivery, that’s on GrubHub and the driver. My review is based solely on the food. I wasn’t too impressed overall. The meatballs were just okay. They reminded me of frozen meatballs that can be bought at a local grocery store freezer section. The garlic steak pasta had a good flavor, with fresh, tender crisp vegetables, and the steak was cooked nicely with good flavor. However, the dish was advertised as coming on a bed of penne pasta, but I received linguine. The Alfredo sauce was scarce and the portion size for the price paid was absolutely not worth it. The sweet teas were fine, with an appropriate amount of sweetness. Conclusion: This meal was not worth the price. I will not be ordering from here again, nor would I recommend it. But, you be the judge for yourself.

First off it wasn’t what I ordered second off there was literally raw shrimp in my pasta… that is horrible like what is going on at that place where the put 100% raw shrimp in someone’s food. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN
