The food from this location is consistently good and fresh. The customer service how ever is consistently poor. Not so much as the staff is rude, they are very polite but they never answer their phone! I assume they are understaffed as I always only see 1 person in there. I do understand that that can be overwhelming but also sometimes the google location claims they are closed but when I walk over in person they are open. The staff admit to me that she did mark it closed and turned off the phone so that they didn’t have to deal with out side orders.

The service was good and my smoothie was decent. They added a lot of ice to my smoothie which watered it down quite a bit. I prefer other places to get a smoothie but this one was fine. I would ask for less ice if you go here.

Quaint snack and sweet shop! I love how they have different Agua Fresca flavors every day! They also have savory snacks like tostilocos and tosticeviche, which are great as well. They also have paletas (popsicles), bionico, and fresh fruit cups!

Thank you Ashlie ( I hope I spelled that correctly) first of all this poor gal was alone with no help and a good amount of customers who ordered multiple stuff. She did the best she could to get orders done. I could tell she was a bit overwhelmed with multiple orders and a door dash order but that didn’t stop her hard work to get things done and be courteous. Everything came out delicious

First time here, glad we finally have something like this in Campbell! The guy working the register was friendly and accommodating. I really enjoyed my mango chamoy drink and my boyfriend liked his juice as well. I’ll definitely be a returning customer. Go try it out!

Nice place. Stopped in and enjoyed some mango sorbet, and my some had a mixed sorbet they call Maui Waui. Both were good and the employee was helpful and nice. Need to come back and try some of their ceviche and aquas frescas. Definitely a nice addition to our downtown area.
