I must say, this restaurant is the best Jamaican food I’ve tasted in awhile. This is my second time ordering from this restaurant and I give it a 10/10. The food was tasty and they actually listened to the instructions I had put on Ubereats. I had their garlic shrimp the first time ordering and it was delicious and their sweet chili chicken I mean … the picture speaks for itself. It was so delicious . I will order again and again. Highly recommend. Keep up the great work.

This place was ok. I like to see Black owned businesses in predominantly Black neighborhoods, so that’s a plus. Upon walking in, the aromas of all the food and what smelled like chicken frying turned my stomach. That’s not necessarily their fault, it is a restaurant, but something about the presentation felt worn and like it could all use some refreshment. The staff was courteous. I ordered curry chicken with white rice, vegetables and a fried dumpling. Overall it was tasty but the remnants of the oil it had been cooked in overshadowed the flavor a few times. Not sure I’ll be back, but I enjoy the lunch for them most part.

The service and attitudes of the 2 servers/ cashiers are very distasteful. They ignore customers, do not service on a first come first serve basis and make incorrect orders. I was left to pack my items after the younger kady got mad at herself for an incirrect order. She literally walked away! I remained very calm, however. When I requested a refund that’s when I was heard. I ordered the freshly made soup but it wasn’t included in my order. Good thing because an object fell from the counter into it. Thank goodness I saw it. The server still asked why I no longer wanted the soup. Was she serious??? I will never patronize this business again. You try to support your own, but their attitudes are unsavory. I watched them make other erroneous orders as well. NEVER AGAIN FOR ME! I only tapped the 1 star so that I could place my review. But NEVER AGAIN. There are too many restaurants in the area serving Jamaican cuisine. I hope those 2 young ladies don’t deter too many customers and the profits become compromised for the owners sake.

Ordered curry goat (Lg) with sweet plantains and cabbage. Instead I received a plate of white rice and a small portion of curry goat. Couldn’t send it back since I ordered thru DoorDash. What a waste of money. Will never order from there again.

Good food but the service from the females could be way better.. just ordered some food and the woman put the wrong chicken pieces in my meal and I corrected her telling her breast, in which she got a attitude and mocked me with another co worker. Leave the attitudes at home and just do your job like you want to be there.

I can’t rate this place yet. The food options look good, the young lady who served and cashed me out was polite and friendly. But I only had Pepper Shrimp so it wouldn’t be fair to rate them yet. My 3 is based on the fact that I haven’t tried the food yet. But I will go back in the near future.

The fried chicken, rice and peas is really good here. We had to wait awhile for a fresh batch of chicken but it was worth it. Customer Service is typical Jamaican restaurant service. If you know, you know lol They have a variety of food and always busy but seem to get you in and out.

The food has improved since the move from New Rochelle but there is still major room for improvement. I would rate the food a 6 (being generous). As far as the night life it get very lively at times. If you are attending a event I would recommend you take a taxi as the parking can sometimes be a huge pain. This is a more of a grab and go location for the food no seating available and honestly not good customer service either so you wouldn’t want to stay even if they did.
