I have tried to give this business several opportunities, but they never learn from their mistakes. They continuously get my orders wrong. When you bring it to their attention they act like jerks about it. Never take responsibility for their numerous errors. Zero customer service skills. Management does not practice problems solving skills. Done trying with them!

Used to love it here but the pizza wasn’t very good this time. Tasted like cheesy cardboard. Had to throw the mozzarella sticks away since they were just lumps of hard cheese. Was told the order would take 45 minutes so that’s when I came. Maybe it was done sooner and sitting there and lost quality? Im not sure.

If I could give this a negative star review, I freaking would. I ordered a the meat lover’s whatever it was called and an order of mozzarella sticks. When I say they sent me undercooked mozzarella sticks…they might as well have sent them to me still frozen and said “cook them yourself”. The pizza was mediocre at best but now, I have to fight with Uber eats to get my money back for part of this order because I REFUSE to pay for woefully under cooked ANYTHING. Oh and I ordered extra pepperoni and mostly definitely didn’t get it, because of that was “extra”, I shutter to think of what a regular order would have looked like. You take a look at those mozzarella sticks and tell me you’d feel comfortable and confident in serving that to anyone, let alone paying for it.

So the customer service by Jahiem was amazing.. & the breadstick order that Alberto created for me was amazing.. being someone who doesn’t eat cheese, & with late night options being super limited, I explained my problem with the chief (Alberto) & he created an order of bread sticks that aren’t on them menu for me & they were five stars.. something that should be offered.

First time ordering from here (via slice). I thought I was getting food from the kendall location because the reviews on slice were almost 5 stars. Instead, I received food from the S. Dixie one with 3.5 stars. While not stale, every item I ordered was very cold. My son’s pizza had a piece of hair on it. I requested a 6:45 delivery, but my food arrived an hour early. I tried to cancel the order, but it was too late by the time I realized what location I ordered from. Lasagna had too much meat and cheese; not enough pasta..was hardly edible. Slice needs to have location information listed more clearly.
