Five stars all the way! Jerk bites were amazing! Super fresh and delicious. The cook and staff were so hospitable and really cute. Can’t wait to come back.

Food was pretty good, but I will say don’t expect the authentic ting. The jerk or curry isn’t Jamaican style, it isn’t spicy, it’s not the REAL jerk, but it is good. Mostly everything had somewhat a sweet taste to it. Not bad just not what I expected when I ordered my food.

This Caribbean restaurant is anything but traditional! Their tagline is modern Caribbean cuisine and this food is just that. It actually tasted more like a fusion of cuisines. This may be due to the fact that the Caribbean is filled with various culinary influences from colonization. For example, the Jerk Chicken and coconut rice was reminiscent of an Asian inspired dish where it felt like I should be eating it with chopsticks. This wasn’t the Jamaican-style jerk chicken I’d grown up on that is coated in spices and slow-cooked over a fire or grill. It was breaded and flavored more like a Caribbean General Tso chicken. However this is quality food made fresh daily. Only prepared when ordered. The bowls come with two sides which is a good portion and value. I also found these dishes to have a bit of kick to them for those who may not be as tolerant of spice. Overall your taste buds will thank you for you inviting them on this flavorful journey.

Nothing special or spectacular about the food. I was excited to try this Caribbean restaurant but left completely disappointed. I ordered the Caribbean Conch Fritters ($13) and Jerk Chicken Bowl with Rice and Beans and Banan Payzay ($17).

Delicious and flavorful food. Friendly staff and did not disappoint. I had the jerk chicken bowl and roasted corn on the cob with a spicy sauce. Definitely exceeded my expectations and will be back.

Discovered this place on Uber Eats. Wanted a lil sumn so I ordered the jerk chicken bites which was HITTIN! I was in love after that. Ended up making a second order two days later. Then a week later I decided to visit the actual place at the cidatel which I may add is a very nice and romantic spot in the heart of Little Haiti. And for it to be a bowl it fills you up giving you a very filled appetite. Thank you for the great food and wonderful employees.

The one star has nothing to do with the taste of the food, it’s just the non consideration for loyal customers. I ordered 3 meals and requested a sauce that comes with the plantain fries and didn’t get it when I picked up the food. I went back and ask for it and I’m pretty sure I met with the owner and he wanted to charge me $2 for it. One thing I know – we ain’t going back.

This restaurant is truly the definition of modern style Caribbean cuisine. I’m super glad that Haitians are finally being able to get the recognition that they deserve in such a chic way, but still holding on to the dishes that are super impactful in the country of Haiti. I decided to try the vegan bowl with the sides of “Diri Djon Djon” and Curry Veggies With a side of “Banan Payzay” and “Pikliz” . The curry veggies had such an astounding amount of flavor. Shocking, how amazing that it tasted. The amount of vegetables provide it was a bit much, but the taste itself mixed in with the rice was such a perfect combo. The Pikliz could’ve been a bit spicier just like the traditional way but understanding the area the spice may be a bit much for others , and the Banan was amazing y love the seasonings added on the top . If you’re in the area and looking for Caribbean style cuisine in a modern way this is definitely the place to come try out and get a taste of Haiti in Miami.

I don’t know who put this menu together, but it’s absolutely wonderful. The ladies in the kitchen at the Citadel location are kind and fun. The jerk chicken bites with the plantain fries are amazing. Love this place!

If you want food they don’t have anything. Third time ordering once in person and twice on Uber eats. In person they didn’t have wings, or containers constant disorganization. On Uber eats they accept the order but won’t have the food you chose. Wasting everyones time including the multiple changed Uber drivers that try to pick up an empty order. Super disappointing every time. They need to do better in training proper customer service with their rude staff and just better over all as a restraunt serving people.
