Mann vs Food is a small BBQ pop up without regular hours. We set up occasionally at local businesses on Saturdays as well as at local festivals like the Orleans County 4H Fair. We can cater as well if we have availability. We normally server Pork Belly Burnt Ends, Pulled Pork Sandwiches as well as a Pulled Pork Bowl. I cook on a 250gal Offset Style Smoker by Primitive Pits like the best places in Texas only a smaller version.
