wow, delicious small and main plates. very affordable and plenty of gluten free options for me. we sat at the bar and our waitress was so good to us! you don’t tip here, they pay them well and donate all tips. sustainable model as well. elotes was good, short rib and gf pizza was my favs. the brownie was absolutely amazing to end the night.

Manna is an underrated Castle Rock gem – This unassuming little restaurant at the bottom of the Adventist Hospital provides guests with a surprisingly gourmet dining experience in intimate booths in a quiet area off the lobby. Manna has a wide variety of amazing Vegan options including dairy-free cheese, plant-based meats, and a range of customizable plates that can be made vegan after removing an ingredient or so. This restaurant is tip-free so the staff receives a wage without relying on gratuity and they’re routinely helpful and friendly. For the high grade of food offered Manna is amazingly affordable and oftentimes we leave paying less than $35 for two people including an appetizer. Definitely check out Manna as it’s one of Castle Rock’s best dining experiences with actual chefs in the kitchen, seasonal menus, and cozy vibe.

Best food in Castle Rock, hands down. Take this from a foodie…we have eaten at Michelin star rated restaurants around the world and at some of the best (and most expensive) locally, and Manna keeps up with the best of the best when it comes to food quality, taste, and creativity. Yes, this restaurant is located in a hospital. No, they don’t serve alcohol. If those things aren’t a deal-breaker, you will likely have one of your favorite and best meals ever. Super kid friendly, healthy, locally sourced whenever possible, friendly staff. Our family of three eats an amazing meal here for less than the cost of the chain bakery restaurant down the street and it’s ten times better. All tips go to the hospital foundation.

This is a hidden gem inside the Hospital. Yes, inside Centura Hospital. The food is absolutely delicious,and the service is outstanding. The hours are limited, but it’s worth the visit! The menu is seasonal. The service staff are always polite and very attentive. Would definitely recommend it! Plus it is very child friendly. Ask about the tables and flash lights. The kids will have fun!

Adam and Will create some of the BEST dishes to eat. It is hard to believe that a hospital could have such a great restaurant to eat and it is very fortunate for those of us that work here. Outstanding staff and wonderful variety pf choices of dishes to choose from. Definitely a MUST visit place to have a great meal at a very reasonable price :-).
