The service and prices are great. The practices on the weekend are just like most other joints, they jack the oven up higher on busy days to produce more pizza which ends in a crispier than usual crust…I hate that. Go on a slow day and the crust is nice and soft, go on busy days crispy and hard as a rock. I get it though, it’s all about business. Gotta do what you gotta do right? Who cares if the customer gets a next to being overcooked inedible pizza.

Manny doesn’t play. This pizza is amazing and only about $7 for two large pepperoni slices, you can’t go wrong. I’ve only ever done pick-up so I can’t comment on delivery, but believe me as a pizza aficionado give them a shot. Not a nice location (you have to wade through loiterers just to get in).

No customer service whatsoever, my food was so cold, which was chicken Parmesan sandwich so cold worst place ever and he asked me to pay cash. If not, he was going to charge me 3%.

I stopped going there. The cashier, a gentleman is rude, mean and nasty. I will not spend my money in there ever again. I’ve been there about 10 times, each time I go in there the same rude man is there and rude. They should be happy you’re spending your money in there.

If i could give negative stars i would Picture it!!!! You live down the street from the establishment and place a deivery order only to get charged twice and told that they dont have the order and was then told i have to pay again in person, The WORST EXPERIENCE over the phone ordering in my life!!! With a young latin woman with black hair, tries to make people feel incompetent when in essence she’s the one a few slices short of a pizza herself, BEWARE WHEN YOU ORDER ON THE PHONE!!

I really want to rate them 5 stars because the food is good, but delivery/order mistakes are way too frequent and nobody seems to ever answer the phone. Sometimes you place an order online and it never goes through so you end up calling your credit card company to cancel the order. Too bad because I’ve been ordering from here for many years. I hope they fix these issues before I quit on them altogether.
