Our family loves to have breakfast here. Their service is friendly and attentive. The food is delicious!!! Always ask what the speciality pancakes are. We are usually seated quickly however sometimes there is a wait. We can have breakfast quickly and move on with our day. Definitely give this restaurant a try!

We stopped by for brunch on our way into Petoskey and we had an excellent experience. Staff were friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the food was excellent. My friend had the specialty pancakes for the month and I had the eggs benedict — both were delicious. We can’t wait to come back the next time we’re in the area!

I had the Strawberry Shortcake Pancake special. It was super yummy. A strawberry coulis, house whipped cream, fresh strawberries and 3 yummy pancakes. Also got a side of Plath’s bacon which is always yummy. Definitely recommend going to Maple + Batter.

Maple + Batter is the best breakfast in Bay Harbor. Their Bloody Mary mix is a “chefs kiss” with a clean concoction of flavors, perfectly cooked piece of a bacon as a little per meal appetizer with great olives & cheese & celery to accompany it. If you’re hungry, love chorizo & cheese you NEED to order the Chorizo Burrito. It’s a small football sized explosion of flavors and the cheese will knock your socks off.

We have wanted to try MAB since it opened. It’s ABSOLUTELY WORTH the wait. From the moment we walked to the restaurant, we were confronted with smells of food that was sublime!! We had to wait 10-20 minutes and it was worth it. By the time we were seated, I was starving. Our server Jordan, was attentive and considerate. Although the place was packed, he didn’t make us feel that he was busy. The food….. oh my!’ Wow. Simply put. Wow. Just wow. The food was out of this world. I had the sweet potato has browns, my husband had the biscuits and Gravy. It was fabulous. Do yourself a favor and go to Maple and Batter. It’s well worth the trip and wait!

Truffle Avocado Toast is the best Avocado toast I have had. I highly recommend it. My family also loved their scramble it up and French toast. Atmosphere is nice. Staff is friendly and on top of things. I love that they have gluten free options!
