Saw so many great reviews. But it was definitely not what I was expecting. I order the waffles but they were too dry for me. So I ended up with French toast bc you really can’t go wrong with French Toast. Overall food was okay will I go back NO. It’s not worth the 35min drive for me ♀️

A friend recommended Maple Leaf Diner to me. The chicken fried chicken at this place is a true delight, crispy and flavorful. THE BEST I’VE EVER HAD! The carrots and mashed potatoes are the perfect companions, cooked to perfection.

If you like breakfast foods, this is worth a try. The menu is fun and full of options compared to other breakfast/brunch spots. The presentation is also great. Food looks good and is presented well. It’s a sweet menu overall from our time trying it, and it seems like part of the experience and identity of the restaurant. Service was also great. Our waitress was attentive and very helpful. Parking is not a problem. The lot is pretty big due to the location being in an a kind of plaza. Worth a try in my opinion though the restaurant looked a bit cluttered.

We’re visiting the area and looked up breakfast places and came here based on reviews. We ordered the French toast trio and the pancake stack. The pancakes were nice, thick, and fluffy. The French toast was good. They served warm syrup, but if you like syrup, you’ll need to request for some more. The cream puffs are really good.

Great service and the chicken bacon and waffles was amazing! My favorite chicken and waffles yet. The fried chicken strips were crispy, the best part is that it came with 2ish cream puffs, strawberries, and whipped cream! I love having many flavors and the serving size is large!

Reserve a table ahead of time, especially if you have more than four people!

Our first time dining at Maple Leaf Diner while in Dallas. There was a 10 minute wait at 830am. Which we thought was great. The restaurant is nice inside, with nice decor and high & huge red seats.

Food was amazing! Service was amazing! The host was very pleasant. There was a wait of about 5 minutes. I got the chicken & waffles. Presentation was on point, and the taste was everything! Seasoned just right. Also, the peach mimosas were a hit! Definitely recommend.
