From our humble start in 2012, Maple Street has always been different. In a world of boring breakfast, we set out to craft scratch-made comfort food, with a modern twist. With every breakfast, lunch and catered event, our fresh ingredients, that quirky take on comfort food, and a sense of community go well beyond basic. We aim to leave you both full and fulfilled.

We promise to bring you fresh-cracked eggs. We promise to bake our biscuits from scratch every day, and never serve you some previously frozen puck of dough. Ordered egg, cheese, and sausage biscuit. First bite I got a good chunk of egg shell. I was like whatever, some extra calcium wouldn’t hurt and discarded the rest of the shell. Last bite I took which had the egg yolk, immediately gagged it up. The egg yolk was rotten. Sad I paid for it. Unfortunately not the first experience for me with their eggs. Maybe if you just ordered a plain biscuit you’ll be fine

Much like any brunch place in any city this place was packed. But when you get to sit down and eat, you see why. The biscuits and chicken and everything else they make is absolutely delicious. I even had an iced coffee, and it was absolutely superb. They were struggling with staffing issues and they still delivered an amazing meal with amazing service.

We try to make it to this restaurant whenever we see one, and today was no different. This was the last stop on our birthday getaway, so we ended it with a bang. Like always we both got the Chicken 5 & Dime, even though we swear we’re going to try something new. lol Our chicken was seasoned well, and gravy was like we remembered… good.

The two most recent times I had visited, this year, I had ordered a plain biscuit which comes with butter & jam. The 2nd time, I only ordered potatoes o’brien without ham.

I’ve been to both the Charlotte and the Concord locations and this review is limited to those locations. I visited both locations on different Sunday mornings. Both times the line was out the door. Maple Street has a very creative menu with offerings for everyone. I’ve had the Firebird, The Farmer, tried the home fries, and their gravy. All of it was fantastic. Their biscuits are fluffy and flaky. Their chicken is crispy and juicy. The fresh squeezed OJ is the best I’ve ever tasted. The coffee is good too. I’m going to give their waffles a swing on my next visit. Maple Street is great. I wish there was one closer to my home.

Tremendous biscuits!! Fluffy, flaky, tasty – and fresh! Got 1/2 dozen to go along with the blueberry mixed Jam – YUM!!! Glazed Biscuits too and lots of different sandwiches. Their fried Chicken is awesome. Very friendly staff too.

How does a breakfast place not now how to cook eggs to order. Ordered the Ryan potatoes with 2 eggs over MEDIUM. They’re cooked solid. Also, seems this place is poorly managed, the kitchen is alway chaotic and SLOW.

Fantastic biscuit sandwiches. The chicken was great, very flavorful with a all around great biscuit. The sausage gravy was incredible and as much as a fan of chicken that I am I might go for the sausage gravy next time. That hit the spot. Their coffee mocha drinks were great too.
