With every breakfast, lunch and catered event, our fresh ingredients, that quirky take on comfort food, and a sense of community go well beyond basic. We aim to leave you both full and fulfilled.
We promise to bring you fresh-cracked eggs. We promise to bake our biscuits from scratch every day, and never serve you some previously frozen puck of dough. We promise to provide impeccably clean stores, where you can focus on delicious food and those with whom you choose to enjoy it. Like you, our biscuits are a lot of things, but we promise they’ll never be boring.

Food was honestly great, and the portion side was good for the price as well. This was my second time at Maple Street, and I remember enjoying my first time a couple of months ago, but I wanted to try it again to see if it held up, and it did. I usually feel icky after eating gravy, but this gravy isn’t too heavy, and it has a nice little spice to it that makes it taste very unique. The aesthetic and vibe of the area was also very nice and it was cute that they don’t ask you for your name for your order but a question that rotates every month, so I was asked what was my favorite cartoon or cartoon character for my order. Staff was very friendly as well, even though the restaurant got an influx of customers, they kept their friendly and kind attitude. I think I can now confirm this is my new favorite breakfast establishment after this second time, with a good competition for brunch/lunch location since I tried a piece of their chicken tenders and it was also very good but I haven’t tried it as my full meal so I can’t comment too much on that yet. Can’t wait to come here again the next time I’m near one!

Such good food. Biscuits were good, gravy was thick (got the mushroom and really wish it had more mushrooms and flavor besides milk and flour) potatoes crunchy…this is a heavy carbs meal kind of place, not much for fruit or vegetables. Coffee was good and service was friendly. They call out your order by your answer to the daily question.

I love biscuits and gravy but this was really peppery or spicy and so where the potatoes. The one thing I did love was the toffee coffee, it was freaking good and I almost drank it in one sip. Looking for a fast breakfast come here. You order as soon as you go in and pay at the counter as well. This is the second time I encountered this type of restaurant system so it wasn’t what I expected. When the food is ready they call you up to the counter and you grab the food yourself and take it to the table, same with the dishes you scrape off the leftovers if there are any and put the dishes in the tin along with the silverware.

Being from out of town it’s always a little difficult to find the perfect breakfast/brunch location. Well this was it! From the atmosphere, the employees, the menu selection, the food creativity. Everything was amazing! The employees seemed happy, which makes a huge difference. The coffee was amazing. The restaurant was clean. The only thing I would change would be the food delivery. Picking up the food with no tray and multiple plates was difficult. Other than that everything was A+

What we ordered was delicious. My only complaint was the size of the plate. I love the question of the week. It was your favorite movie and that’s how you knew your order was ready. Staff was really pleasant and helpful. Setup inside the store was nice. I loved the variety of big, small and tall tables. #tastybiscuit

Maple Street Bacon Co in FL is a must-try breakfast spot with unique and delicious options. Upon entering, you grab a menu and line up to place your order. One interesting feature is the “Question of the Month,” which you provide the answer to when ordering instead of your name. The Maple Pepper Bacon, a side of bacon with maple syrup, was a delightful balance of flavors. The Risky Biscuit, served with sausage gravy, was an excellent choices. The freshly made apple butter on The Farmer added a delightful touch. The biscuits, made on-site, brought back fond memories of my grandma’s kitchen. The restaurant has a warm and inviting atmosphere, and although I didn’t sit at the community table, it’s great to know that it’s available for larger parties or meeting new people. Overall, Maple Street Bacon Co. delivered on its reputation and left me thoroughly satisfied.

Great breakfast and brunch spot in an area with a lot of fun restaurants to choose from. Friendly staff, fast service, and welcoming atmosphere. The “question of the week” is a fun conversation-starter when having breakfast with friends, and a novel way to identify orders. Great chicken biscuits and strips — my favorite is the Squawking Goat Biscuit, but the grits bowl and the chicken waffle plate are great, too. Outdoor patio seating is on two sides of the building, so I can have a choice of shaded or sunny depending on how cool the morning is. Overall, a fun location, and I would visit far more often if I lived closer by.

Thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The food, service, and ambience were all great. Loved the humor the employees had with customers when they walk-in, they definitely stand out when it comes to customer service. Drinks are a tad bit pricey but overall definitely recommend.
