If I could give the service 20 stars, I WOULD. Super friendly and the food is OUT OF THIS WORLD. I make good homemade gravy and this is 10x better than any gravy I’ve made at home. The people are awesome here and the atmosphere is so welcoming.

This was one of my favorite breakfast locations. This morning I went to get my usual fresh OJ and bacon biscuit, place to go order while in the parking lot. Went to pick it up, the bag looks used my food was cold they gave me day old bacon and biscuit. Top of the biscuit was broken up. The lid of my OJ cup is stained and looks reused. Called and the assistant manager Dee, did offer a refund or replacement. But her approach was poor, spoke over me tone was what more do you want me to do. But I’m like ma’am it’s 7:40 in the morning all food should be fresh and hot! Maple Street Biscuit Company, you are off my list.

This is an order at the counter kind of place. People were nice. It was a little warm (not sure if the AC was working properly). Food was decent. Easy going atmosphere.

The food was amazing and the coffee has a unique flavor as they actually put a touch of maple syrup in the latte. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that the kitchen struggles to keep up with the high order count as they appear disorganized at times and lack communication.

So this was my first visit to the Bloomingdale store and honestly, i was very disappointed. Granted it was at 1pm on Friday and i get that it was nearly closing time, i do. But as a food reviewer and blogger in my opinion there is no excuse for cold food. Ever. Especially if the place is clearly not very busy. We ordered a Five and Dime (chicken and egg biscuit with gravy) which was delicious but warm not hot, a cinnamon biscuit (not my preference but they were out of mushroom gravy and i don’t eat meat), and fried green tomatoes, which were the saving grace because they were hot, fresh and amazing. The cinnamon biscuit was dry and tough, far from the melt in your mouth deliciousness i experienced at the St. Pete location a few weeks ago. My daughter had a hot maple vanilla latte which she loved but my regular maple coffee had no maple flavor at all. At the St. Pete location i melted into the mapley-goodness of the regular coffee. It had a very pronounced maple flavor, sorely absent from today’s. I will try here one more time during earlier hours to see if i get better results but the truth is a good restaurant will be consistant during all business hours.

My first time visiting here. I ordered the potatoes o’ryan with a sunrise mimosa. I love cheese, but the potatoes had way too much cheese. It overpowered the flavor of everything else. I threw most of it away. Also, I’d prefer the peppers to be chopped thinner. The mimosa was good though.

We stopped here without knowing anything about it this morning…just was on the corner we were looking for food before a meeting. Wow, did we find a gem by accident! I usually don’t give a 5* rating to an ‘order at the counter’ restaurant, but this place is special.

1st time ever here… based on the current star rating I would say this place is overrated. The cost is high and the food didn’t hold up. We won’t be returning.

This place was absolutely amazing! Almost ashamed to admit I live in Brandon and this was my first time here! I came with co-workers during the week and then brought my family back in the weekend!

I used to love this place but the last two times I have ordered from here I have had a horrible experience. The first time the chicken was raw in the middle and this time the chicken was cold like it was left over from the day before, taken out of a fridge and not even re-heated . It’s 8am there’s no reason why I should be getting food that’s left over.
