Small cute pizzeria, the owner was very kind and patient. Got take out and I must say their food was absolutely delicious!! The pizza was perfect, their sandwiches are to die for. The bread was so soft and warm and didn’t skimp out. Their chicken wings are amazing. We will absolutely be coming back. Plus, they have a small arcade hidden in the corner, just the best.

Absolutely LOVE this small town pizza place! My all-time favorite! Marcello’s has been in Nuevo as far back as I remember. The owner helps support our youth sports in town and the is almost always someone readily avaliable to deliver to our local schools and staff when we’re in need of some lunch.

I purchased their before many times but its my last. I didn’t want to drink what they had their neither did my coworker. So we walk over to the little market place and got a the drink with wanted and it was not even beer. They gave us our food and said that we could not eat their as we did not buy the drink their. Which is absolutely ridiculous because we still paid for food their and we are clients even if we didn’t bu their drink no other place has ever done that and it’s not like it’s Fancy restaurant per say even if it was their is no sign that said you can’t bring drink in if it said that I would have not eaten their really bad customer service.

This was the worst service I have ever received. I have been a customer for over 20 years. They messed up my order that I had waited for over an hour and half.( I don’t mind waiting if I am told how long I will be waiting) then when I called to let them know they acted as if I was in the wrong and hung up on me . They blamed the service on the fact that it is Saturday and they have MINORS working. I will be reaching out to the health department and the California labor board. I hope John gets well soon because he has left his business in the hands of children that laugh at you then pretend to be crying.

Worst service ever!!!! Rudest employees ever dealt with!!! They don’t care when they mess up. They treat you as if it is your fault. I placed an order today and the delivery driver gave half y order to someone else that he had delivered to before me. I spoke to management to try to get a refund and since they had already received money from me acted like my importance as a customer no longer matter! I will NEVER order from them AGAIN!!
