Such a good, local, hidden gem! Seafood is always fresh. The owner Marcelo is great people. He’s been around in the seafood industry for years so he knows what he’s doing. Make sure you try the Pan con Minuta. 10/10 highly recommend!!

Not a really flashy place but I have to admit it was the best fish sandwich ( pan con miinuta) I’ve had in a long time. I ordered take out and everything I ordered tasted very fresh. From the fried shrimp, hush puppies and yellow rice with fish. I will definitely be back!

Staff is friendly, super attentive, and great personalities! Food is always fresh, you could really taste it! You can either buy raw seafood so you can cook it or dine in and food is made right in front of you. Place is always clean and filled with music. It is an old school type of restaraunt, but you really won’t get anything fresher than this! Try their fish sandwich and their ceviche, soooo goood!

Marcelos fish resturant has been in this neighborhood for over 40 years. This place bleeds Allapattah. Its the best around because theyve kept the recipes exactly the same. Marcelos takes pride in his food. He starts every morning at 4, prepping soups and getting fish ready to make there signature fish minuta sandwich. Simple but good and for a great price don’t expect a super flashy set up. You watch as they fry your fresh fish and serve all the food for you to pay as you leave the resturant. There hush puppies are a hidden gem, make sure you a grab a 1 dollars worth to try. And most of there soups are great and can wake you up from the midday slump. The price point is amamzing. 3 bucks for a sandwich. 2 dollar soups…I mean this place has been here for so long and the people have kept it here because theyve loved the food from the start. When you show up, be ready to relax, grab a drink, get what you want to eat and enjoy a slice of Miami history.

Snapper tasted like tilapia, which means it’s likely not fresh. Its a hole in the wall place, their fish tastes like it was raised in one.
