The food is not too bad. I have only gotten their pizza, and cheezybread. Both seemed a little bland for my taste. Good for the price and if you just want some pizza. I ordered for pick-up, and when I walked in I was greeted, but it took a few minutes before I was helped. There were 4-5 workers in the back, and a couple standing in the lobby. When I finally was helped, two workers were conversing over the counter, next to me, about food they wanted to get. It was just a very odd and unprofessional experience. Not sure if I’ll return

Let’s start off that I love love Marco’s pizza. I stop going to other places because there pizza is so good but…. I wanted to try something new yesterday while at work. I chose to get a pizza bowl which on the site it says serves 2 people. Well no the heck it doesn’t. So when I called them the manager had the nerve to say well it depends on who’s eating it. Yes you heard me right. As you can see my fork is touching the bottom of the bowl. I don’t care how small you are that’s definitely not enough for 2 people. I’m a loyal customer for over a year now that they definitely lost after that comment and what they sent. Marco’s you need to do better. Specially for a 10 meal. I just should got a pizza . ♀️

My family orders from Marco’s all the time and have never been charged for Parmesan on the crust. Tonight I ordered a pizza for a neighbor whose daughter passed away from cancer as a good deed before they moved to Texas. It was the $12.99 Pepperoni special. When I arrived to pick it up, I realized they had charged me six extra dollars for the crust topping. I pointed it out and the young man quickly apologized and went to offer a refund. Then the wife of the owner came in from outside with a very negative attitude and told him the price was right and to not change it even after he repeatedly explained to her in front of me it was a mistake. I explained to her that we had just ordered a pizza the day before and there was no cost for Parmesan on the crust. In a very nasty tone she said, “Product cost! My husband must have changed it in the last 24 hours, I don’t know, it is what it is!” then proceeded to storm off. Her reaction was unprofessional & ridiculous! She should not be working around guest with that nasty attitude! I was a restaurant manager for many years and I’ve never spoken to customers like that! This lady was obviously having a bad day and in a terrible mood, and because I did not want things to get ugly in front of my daughter, I left very frustrated! We will never order here again!

I have a 3 point system for rating pizza, Fresh, Cold, and Reheat. Marco’s scored a 2 out of 3 with me receiving a yes on the fresh and reheat. Unfortunately they lost the point with pulling a slice out of the fridge the next day(or a few days later) and taking a bite. The prices are a little high, but well worth it. As I have only ordered pizza from them I can’t comment on anything else on the menu.

This is one of the most friendly and professional places that I have patronized!! The pizza is excellent and the best tasting that I’ve had in years!! They have absolutely earned my patronage from now on and it was well worth the trip from Harford County to get there. I look forward to trying rest of their menu in the near future!! Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to something on their menu and you won’t be disappointed guaranteed!!!

The food is good, they are busy… the pizza is good but I get subs hence the missing star. I got 3 pizzas tonight for the family and a cheese steak.. the sub taste good BUT I mean it’s tiny…it’s like school sub tiny… it’s was 6 bucks and some change so I figured the half sub would be on par with most other sub shops as far as weight and size… now grant it I don’t get much on it but meat, mayo, pepper and shrooms.. but pulling it out it felt like just a bread roll lol…. so light subs…but great taste and great pizza…. will eat again but will be asking for extra meat I guess if not a crazy up charge for it….for reference I used a tape measure in 1 pic……if owners read this maybe throw in a little more meat on the cheesesteaks and will get that 5th star….happy holidays to all
