I tried to create an online order however their website was down. My coworker called in to place the order and was rudely told that she can only use the coupon online. She made them aware that she tried placing the order online but the website was down and per the website error it stated to call in the order. The employee then placed a man on the phone who stated he was the general manager of the store who repeated what the previous employee stated that online coupons have to be used online…

I ordered About 10 minutes before the store closed and got there 5 mins after it closed. The rudeness after trying to give her a 12 dollar tip was just weird all in itself. Almost 80% tip. I picked up my pizza from her twice before and she obviously seems to be disappointed in something. I never gave a decent tip ant pickup and the other person seem disappointed in it. I’m good on coming back. Sorry I was so late. Next time say no that it’s too late to order. I hope she is alright.

Would be 5 stars but now they can never cook the bottom of the pizza a lil extra crispy like they will say they will for you. And they never bring crush red pepper and Parmesan cheese. Even when the person at the register puts a note on the receipt of what they are delivering. It’s like they don’t even check to see if they’re actually taking the right pizza. Few years ago they were the best around. Now they got delivery people that are lazy. And sometimes don’t act the friendliest. I remember a few years ago when u told them what you wanted. Good quality pizza. Pizza is always piping hot. Nothing fancy which is probably why the littles love it. They always have a deal. So it doesn’t hurt to try it out.

Worst experience I’ve had in a while. Was a first time customer I called to order some food while the manager Alex was taking my information he put me on hold mid sentence without warning. As I heard the music playing I was confused so when he clicked back over his first words were what do you want. I asked him why would he just put me on hold without so much as saying anything especially while I was in the middle of speaking. He got rude hung up on me after I asked for corporates number. I would never eat there now because of his unprofessional nasty attitude.

If I wasn’t starving I would have brought it back without touching it and got my money back. Pictured are bbq boneless wings, they are store bought nuggets, with a drizzle of bbq sauce that I suspect is sweet baby rays. The pizza was rubbery and that’s all I can say about it. I spent with tip and an additional 1.99 for direct delivery $35 in all. I could have bought better frozen product for $10 total and got it cooked and here in half the time. I don’t know if this is a problem with this particular marcos or all but definitely don’t order from this one at least.

28 dollars (tip un accounted for) for a small one topping pizza and a large warm salad with warm ranch dressing when i wasnt even offered an option of dressing is too much money. Pizza was good. No receipt. Price on register didnt match price on menu. I dont know what else to say, feel like its not a good deal at all and am just generally disappointed and dissatisfied. Reallly bummed out my money could have fed me for lunch for a week elsewhere. Feel bad about the review but if your money’s tight i do not recommend.

Owner Bradford Pellet Biggers really outdid himself when he was passionate about getting my pizza made correctly. It was extremely out of control and you guessed it.. Mr Biggers was right there to save the day. As he was fixing the pizza right up for me, he told me about his life and his boat. He is a sincere man with outstanding customer service. Would recommend him. only 4 stars because Brad needs to return to Texas Roadhouse #19 Baltimore, MD. Great manager! 10/10
