Had a carry out order for pick up from this location and manager said still in oven and will be out shorty. Was patiently waiting and notice my pizza was ready on the cut table. 15 minutes later my pizza was still on cut table with 6 more pizzas from other customers sitting there also. The cut man looked very confused with sunglasses on in the store and backed up. He couldn’t match any tickets with pizza (needs to remove sunglasses). In the meantime the manager is sitting there eating food while phones are ringing and obviously he needed help so no phones being answered either and she is still eating on the side near the cut table. I finally got my order after waiting in store for over 20 minutes with my pizza already cold before they handed it to me. Poor management and staff employees.

Ordered a 15pc of the barbecue boneless wings tonight and this is what we received. For $15 for just wings and the long wait I’d expect more sauce than this. Very disappointed with this delivery order.

We waited an 45 extra mins past the “promised” time for our pizza and wings. When we first arrived, we were told it would be an extra 10-15 mins, which was no problem. They kept saying still waiting on the wings so we stayed but missed out on over 45 mins of my daughter’s birthday party at the escape room further down in the shopping center. If they had originally told us the correct time, we would have gone back to the party and came back again to pick our order up. Also, there was an employee eating wings right near where the pizzas come out on the belt to be boxed up. And after all that, the pizzas were just okay. Nothing like the Marco’s off of Hull Street that always has great pizza and service.

They raised their prices across the board, raised delivery fee to $5 (lol), and their pizzas are definitely smaller than they used to be. They are incapable of correctly making a salad (I’m a dummy for trusting them this many times). Marcos isn’t good, it used to be the most affordable in town, but that went out the window. Time to look elsewhere.
