My wife and I generally always use this restaurant for our quick easy meals. The service was great for a while. The last two orders were not. We placed an order at 4pm for delivery, the order still wasn’t here by 530pm. We called and ask they said was they were busy. When the driver got here she said she was the only one working and she had 4 stops before us. She was red in the face and not happy, she said she wasn’t even scheduled to work that day. The boxes she gave us were crushed and the pizza was all humid and soggy. We have since started going to other pizza places until this restaurant fixes the staff shortage. I have ordered from here 50+ times for pizza night over the last 5 years. The lack of customer service is what made me rethink it.

Last night I ordered a bbq chicken pizza and a large pepperoni.. I drove to the store and paid. Both pizzas were not cooked, so I called and let them know. So they made a new order for me.. When I got back to the store they were combative. Saying “we put it in for the right time and we checked to make sure it was cooked so they don’t know why I felt that way “ I wasn’t trying to argue and I was glad I got my order remade.. the lady who was making the pizza the first time I picked up the pizza was the one who handed me my new ones .. she didn’t look happy !!

We have had Marco’s in FL where we live and it was amazing. Just tried it here last night and it was bad, like really bad. Three cheese? Maybe 3 strands of cheese, no feta was on my garden pizza (as mentioned on the website) the crust was so large it was 40% of the pizza and the pizza itself was dry and tasteless. Would not recommend. We were SO disappointed it wasn’t as good as the one in FL.

It probably would have been good if it were not pretty much raw. You can see how the cheese isn’t even melted in my photo. The pepperoni isn’t cooked either. I hate it when I order a pizza and have to put it in the oven because it’s so under baked.
