My family and I truly enjoyed every last bite! The customer service was amazing and he got my order correct 1st time no complications. One thing that really topped off my experience was being able to choose our crust flavors!!! Garlic for the win!! You must try this out if your around the area! $6.99 medium 1 topping pizza you can’t beat that deal!!

The prices with the added delivery, tip, & other fee’s, it was just too much for what I wanted to pay, knowing that the items aren’t too robust on the flavor & portions. The boneless chicken are delicious from my pov, but you’re getting maybe half a chicken breast cut up into ten pieces, totally NOT worth it. If the prices are weren’t so exorbitant, I would order more frequently. Calzone was good, Subd need more “uummpphh”, they’re lacking ingredients, kinda light weight & plain& in other words, lacking ingredients to make it a true sandwich that’ll make you say, “This is a Marcos Sub”. Long review & Just my opinion on a boring day.

THE ONLY REASON THIS WAS A ONE STAR ON THE FOOD WAS BECAUSE THE ORDER WAS NOT RIGHT WHEN I GOT HOME. I ORDERED A PEPPERONI MAGNIFICO AND ENDED UP WITH A CHEESE PIZZA. THE CHEESE PIZZA WAS STILL GOOD THOUGH.

I really love this Marcos pizza! I am a delivery driver and I have always had great experiences here. One night I received a pick up for two orders it was 11:45pm and they were closing at 12. I called and spoke with the manager. He also did this for me another night after that. Tonight I went in to pick a pizza up and as usual the staff is extremely efficient and very polite and courteous. They go out of their way to be friendly and make you feel welcome. I’d like to thank both Leroy and Hailey for making my night. It’s people like them that make a better world.

Customer service ranks very high in my book, especially the older I get. I must proclaim, the customer service I received this morning from Marco’s Pizza (N Elm St – Greensboro, NC location) was superb. First, my wife and I decided to order a pizza/wings/pizza bowl last night. We thought we’d placed the order for delivery but, it was for pick up. After discovering this mistake at 1145 pm, we called Marco’s to weigh our options. A long story short, Marco’s agreed to deliver the pizza even though they were past their delivery hours and in the process of closing. They also comped the meal which we were not expecting. So, we generously tipped/thanked the delivery driver for his troubles and apologized for our mistake. We received our order at 1240 am and it was still deliciously fresh. Marco’s has earned yet another customer today!
