This was my family and myself first time having Marco’s Pizza. It was so good!!! I may have liked it better than Hungry Howies . The price did kill me a bit but I saw sign about a reward/ loyalty program so I’ll look into that. The cheese pull on the pizza and bread was soooo bomb!

The pizza is horrible. It was bland, thick and awful. My body wouldn’t even let me digest it. I took one bite and couldn’t even swallow it. I’ve never had a pizza be this disgusting. I’ve had boxed pizza that was way more tolerable. My first and last time ordering from them. Maybe it was the location but it’s a no-go for me. Would highly not recommend. Many other choices especially in the north carolina cary/durham/morrisville area.

I ordered 2 pizzas online yesterday and specified that I would be paying by cash. I arrived to pick up my pizza and was not greeted right away but there were only 2 employees there. The young lady that waited on me was polite and friendly and took my money to pay for the order. As I was paying a middle aged Indian lady was walking in through the kitchen area and looked at me and my daughter with her nose in the air without speaking. After she spoke to the other employee who was Indian as well in their language she came to the register like she was guarding it(Really). After I took a seat while waiting for my food she was just standing there staring at me as if she never saw a black person before and when I caught her doing it she gave a fake half grin. I was speaking to my daughter and said that we would not be returning to this Marco’s again. She then asked with a very nasty attitude if there was a problem and I told her that it was. I come in her and I was not greeted and she was staring at me like we didn’t belong there. I told her my last experience was not like this and I wouldn’t be back. She just looked at me with a “I don’t care if you come back” look. Based on your most recent bad reviews I’m not the only one not coming back and I see why with owners like that.

I tried to place an order twice and the website never responded. I asked my mom to place the order and instead of 12.99 she was charged over 19 dollars. I called the next day to question that. I have been on hold for14 minutes after asking for a manager. I finally hung up and tried again. Its been 10 minutes on hold with waiting to talk to manager. I guess I need to go down there.

We called on Thursday February 23rd to place a catering order for our son’s birthday party on Saturday February 25th. We specifically requested delivery no later than 11:15 a.m. which was confirmed and reiterated multiple times. Once again specified that this was a timed party that was over at noon so the food needed to arrive no later than 11:15.
