We usually use different location. This one is close to our house. We understand it’s new location and trying to work out the kinks. Our food was good and tasted like any other Marcos. Good food for reasonable price. We recommend Marcos it’s good pizza. The food and price is what the 4 star is for. The customer service was okay on this visit. They did make it right. We placed the order on online and set it for 6:10pm we showed up at 6:10pm and order was not started. They claimed it was mechanical and ovens. We would have liked a call and let us know for the delay. To give us a heads up. They gave us another pizza for the delay. They also gave us gift certificate as well. They did make it right for us. What kind left Is sour taste was when we thanked them for making it right. The response was I was told to do it. Kind of threw us for loop. We are not going to stop ordering pizza from here because of one bad experience. To break it down it’s good food at reasonable prices. I do recommend given Marcos a try.

Long time user of papa johns and dominos but the quality and service from both in my area recently have left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I’ve always seen but never really tried Marcos but when I tell you that you won’t be disappointed with this location, opening the door and your immediately hit with the smell of freshly baked pizza and I was greeted by the employees but they made eye contact and had smiles on their faces and that was a delight, so often it’s easy to see overworked and under appreciated employees but the energy in the building was a breath of fresh air. They offer all different types of toppings and have vegetarian choices, when I informed them of my brothers dietary restrictions they made his dough and pizza on completely separate counters and boards fresh from the dishwasher and sanitized and the general manager personally oversaw the cooking and prepping from start to finish to ensure there was no cross contamination. I can’t recommend this location enough!

I was greeted upon arrival and the staff was very welcoming and attentive. I am big on customer service and a lot of places have been lacking in that department but this Marco’s location checks off all the boxes when it comes to friendly faces and delicious food. It was very clean and offered quick service, which was great because I was on my lunch break.

Great service! Called to ask if the driver could call when they arrive (doorbell is broken). The gentleman who helped on the phone was very hospitable and the pizza is amazing! Marcos is our new go-to.

On July 17th, I purchased pizza and wings. The pizzas came, but not the wings (2 orders). The store did offer to remake and send the wings back out, but I opted to have the money for the wings returned to my credit card. Today is 8/16 and I still haven’t received a refund for the wings. The total purchase was $70.83. 8/17 I tried to go to the website and give feedback and got the picture below.
