The general manager and part owner of this location is immeasurably rude and disrespectful. I accidentally sent an online order to his location. When I arrived at the wonderful Marcos near me I was informed that the order went elsewhere. I called the store and was transferred to Heath who proceeded to comment without so much as a hello that the order had been completed and there is no way to get my money back unless I visit his location for redemption. He was completely rude out of line and not at all what I’ve ever experienced from a Marcos establishment. Shameful.

Ordered a medium pizza for delivery bc I’ve been sick. Got here and it had a black hair baked in it. Called about a refund but they only do remakes. Honestly I don’t want another one from there after finding a hair in it. Just a phobia. I have pictures of the hair. Too bad they weren’t understanding with the refund. I work hard for my money.

I regretfully write this review because Marco’s is usually outstanding! I ordered a sub with triple ham, provolone & cheddar cheese. There was no triple ham & no cheddar cheese. Jacob, the shift manager was unwilling to correct the problem & I am one of their frequent customers. The managers would have NEVER allowed this because they care about their customers & the quality of their products.
