Sad I had to delete our 5 star rating but since then the pizza has continued to go down hill. To the point we will not be coming back. We will try Pizza Hut up the road. It may be a job at a pizza place for your employees but to the customers it’s our dinner or lunch. Truly a shame. Horrible management! This pizza is trash. We threw it in the trash after the “manager” didn’t seem to care.

Ordered online, which we have been doing for 8 years. Waited an hour, called to find out where it was. Said they tried to deliver and call, no one home. We were, front door open, said they had wrong address, it shows in my order correct information. They took pizza back to Marcos, finally said they would send a new one in 20 minutes, never showed, I called again, said they were making a new one, waited an half hour, no pizza, called one last time, they said it would be to us in 5 minutes, it came about 10 minutes and was cold, it had not been made fresh, it was our original and we had to microwave. This all started, 6:03 and we got our pizza at 8:07. We got the run around, I wanted to cancel, but, keep giving them a chance. I should have canceled, I truly will never order again from Marco’s!

Journey to Finding Cam
Ordered two large extra cheese and two cinnamon squares. One dropped and they offered to fix it and I declined and just got the refund for the item. That’s not the issue and rep was nice. The issue is that when I come home there is no extra cheese and all I see is the red sauce through the cheese. The person (male) who took my order over the phone was not knowledgeable of the order. Even when I arrived I asked him if he got the extra cheese he looked at the receipt and said yes but a clear as day even on the receipt extra cheese is not coded. This by far was my worst experience with Marcos and I get pizza weekly (so I know what extra cheese is) and now I have to find another pizza spot for my daughters weekly treat

I like the pizza, but the staff can’t seem to handle a rush. When I was in last Friday, there were plenty of people in the back making pizzas, but there was a line of about 10 people waiting to pick up. The kid at the counter seemed really confused by the whole situation. There was no observable system for matching customers with their pizzas and getting them rung up and on their way. By the time it was my turn, my food was cold because it had been sitting since I walked in the door.

The food is great. If not for this one thing I would give them 5 stars. I only gave three stars because I feel they can do better with securing the food when you order door dash or delivery. It’s unbelievable how they send the pizza out for delivery and anyone can open the box. The box is unsecured. It’s not so hard to securely tape the box closed. Other pizza places do that. Anyone can open the box after it leaves the store and that should be something that is of the most importance when sending food out. I would think the restaurant would protect not only the customers but also themselves by securing the food. There are other restaurants who use “deliver safe” happy bags and atleast close the box with a good strong adhesive tape that will indicate by pulling off some of the box if it’s been opened or remained closed. This is common at other pizza places. I’m really surprised they overlook this important thing. It makes it seem like they don’t really care about food safety.

Always good, we have always been fans of Mellow Mushroom pizza. Since we don’t have one close by Marco’s is definitely just as good for a less expensive price with quality ingredients. Good service at this location.

Pizza is very good with just the right amount of cheese and sauce. The buffalo wings had a very tasty sauce and the chicken was still hot. I ordered the wings double well done but don’t think that happened cause the skin was still moist and not just from the sauce. The wings held it back from getting a 5. All and all this is a great around the corner pizza place. And the delivery driver didn’t forget my 2 jalapeno ranch.

I love the pizza. We will definitely continue to order pizza. With this location though we will more than likely just do delivery. I do like the discount you get for doing pick up but the last couple times i switched to pick up and had to wait for atleast 30 minutes. It seems their online system doesn’t match up with the workers. It’s either human error or machine error but there was several people that came in with messages saying their pizza was ready. Long behold the pizza was still in the oven.
