Pass this place all the time. Finally decided to try it out. Put in an order at 10pm on 8/8/23. Absolutely horrible service. Minutes after ordering I received a phone call, and whatever kid was calling very rudely said, ‘Uh, it’s Marcos. We have four orders ahead of yours, it’s after 10, and we only have one driver.’ How is that any of my fault, how about offer a solution, like we can make your order but come and pick it up, not just drop the order entirely, poor business practice. To top it all off, when asked how I should get a refund, he said, ‘Oh you should(should) have it back on Thursday.’

Was greeted kindly when i came to pick up chicken wings and Greek salad. All employees were working together and as a team. The chicken wings were ordered with sauce on but asked after arriving if sauce could be on the side. Which they kindly did. The wings were well cooked, juicy and falling off the bone. Buffalo sauce had a little kick but paired well with the blue cheese dressing. Greek salad was delicious also. It had feta cheese, onion, black olives, and tomatoes. Will definitely have to come back and try there BBQ sauce and maybe chicken Caesar salad next.

I order here frequently and today I ordered the same thing I always order garlic Parmesan boneless wings. They didn’t have enough sauce to cover one wing! I called and a man child tried to convince me my wings had 3 oz of sauce. He was no help in any way! I guess I was expected to lick the foil to taste sauce! No customer service skills at all!

The food is good and that’s about it. Never get delivery,it will never come anywhere near the quoted time. The staff is very short with people on the phone. If you want their food, your best option is to order it and go get it yourself. Which is how they sound like they’d prefer it anyway.

I’ve had great experiences but this time my kids said she wouldn’t give them pizza until she got tip cuz it’s required which I was getting but from my understanding tips are gratuity not demanded especially from kids

Ordered the Ultimate Magnifico pizza and grill chicken cesar salad today. It was so good! The pizza tastes as good as it looks on the commercials. The delivery guy gave great customer service as well!

I had an interview scheduled for 5:15 on August 17, kept getting emails and texts and waited and finally after my scheduled interview I called only to be told they aren’t hiring, but an hour prior for a text saying be ready, it’s rude it’s unprofessional and I feel as if I should have been told or something that just is poor management.
