The unsung heroes of the fast food pizza industry! This location in particular has NEVER let me down. The food is always hot and as I ordered it! Both managers, Sabrina and Sharice, have this location in great shape. HIGHLY RECOMMEND giving this location a try! It’s very easy to miss unless you’re looking for it. It is located on providence rd west to the farthest right corner of the Publix!

Our family use to love Marcos but the last three times we have ordered from them we ordered extra sauce and recieved dry pizzas with little sauce and barely any cheese. Its like they are trying to put out as little toppings as possible. Today was another huge disappointment. We won’t be ordering here again. So disappointed.

This is the absolute best Marco’s location ever! Our orders are always fast, hot, and awesome. Every time this location delivers to us, our food tastes like they literally took it out of the oven and placed it on our table. The delivery driver, Sean, is AMAZING, the customer service is AMAZING, and the food is AMAZING every single time. Kudos to you guys for always doing a fantastic job and making this little family happy on pizza night.

I’m not sure what is going on with this place, I haven’t been able to order for months. The Marco’s website seems to think it’s closed and even when I call, nobody answers. When I was able to order from them, pizzas were great. I really wish I knew what was going on so I know they’re open still or not.

Pizza is very good but management very lacking in customer service skills. I ordered a delivery tonight and after it did not arrive 30 minutes after scheduled time I called. Manager reassured me that driver knocked on my door, rang the doorbell, and then delivery driver left pizza on my doorstep. That did not happen. Half an hour later my next door neighbor brings me the COLD pizza delivered to tne wrong address.

We used to love Marco’s, but this location has screwed up 3 of our last 4 orders. Tonight we ordered at 7:30 for delivery at 8:30. A long wait but I was okay with it. At 8:30 I get a notice that Door Dash will be delivering my food at 9:15, Door Dash I didn’t order from Door Dash and now it’s going to be another 30 min. I call the store, they apologize tell me the dasher is almost there to pick up my food. They offer to refund me for the inconvenience. 9:30pm no pizza, I call the store again. They apologize and say they will refund it, again. I explained my frustration, they say they can make me another Pizza but have no idea when they can deliver it. That was the last time I will order from Marcos.

Waited over 30 minutes for a curbside order that was supposed to take 13 minutes… at 3:00 on a thursday afternoon – not peak time by any stretch. 2 employees came outside and took a break while I was waiting. When I called to cancel the order because I was out of time, I was told that the system was down and they were just about to bring out my order. When I asked for a credit for my prepaid order, the gentleman was rude and hung up the phone as I was talking.
