Highly recommend getting your pizza for carryout. Every time I order delivery (I’m 3 miles from the location) it is late and/or incomplete. As I type this, my pizza is an hour late. Called store twice just to ask for an update, no one would answer the phone. No idea if this order is even coming. The food is just fine usually, but carryout seems to be the only way of getting it reliably.

We used to order from this Marcos weekly. But, no more. The last few times they have messed up our order, sometimes to the extent of having to return the entire order. But, we will now find a new place and tell our friends not to waste their money either. It’s sad because we love the food when we get what we actually paid for.

I’ve been a customer with Marco Pizza for almost 6 years and today is the first day I actually received my two pizza and 10-piece barbecue wings the wings were horrible I opened the box they’re burnt and dried out and there was not even 10 wings in the box so I called to talk with the manager she’s supposed to credit my account but I doubt that very seriously because the last time they didn’t do it but I never had this issue before I was so disappointed with my wings it was just ridiculous I think you should take your time and send out fresh BBQ wings not something that was already cooked and then redone over or reheated I’m very very disappointed with my service., I would have preferred them to just redo my order and just sent me another order.

1st time ordering from this company. I ordered at the store as a take out. The staff where very professional/friendly and where socially safe with the masks and gloves. The order was ready in about 10 minutes. The pizza was just as I ordered it, the crust was crisp and not doughy tasting, the meats and vegetables where hand cut and fresh. Also they use a variety of cheeses as a blended mix which gave the pizza an unique taste. One of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long while.

Placed an order online for pickup, got home with my order and realized my sub wasn’t even cut like I asked and there was mushrooms after I specifically said no mushrooms. My online order has NO Mushrooms in Red. Not to mention I have been waiting on the phone for 8 minutes waiting for someone to pick up.
