Ordered from DoorDash…. Called to the actual store because I smelled the pizza was burnt before I even open the box…spoke with Marcus(manager) told him and he had a oh well attitude and said oh well you ordered from DoorDash take it up with them my friend heard him say that and we said well dang if we order from DoorDash y’all still sent it burnt he said ok and….asked for corporate number and he said that he don’t have it and disconnect from…. Whew the ghetto but I did post the pic cause I know I’m not wrong at all

We had a Marcos pizza two weeks ago in Columbia SC and it was FANTASTIC!! I typically stay away from chain pizza joints because I think the smaller the company, the more pride they take in their work. I was so happy that we had one in our hometown of Sumter SC..until I received the pizza. It wasn’t cooked in the center, I’m assuming it’s because they dumped a pile of cheese and toppings in the middle of the pizza and called it a day. The person preparing the pizza thought it was fine, as well as the person that took it out of the oven and packaged it. Dinner was ruined and when I called to complain, I was hung up on.

We’ve been ordering from this Marcos for years now and it’s been our favorite pizza and salad place! However, since they changed lettuce, the salads aren’t as fresh anymore. So the lettuce gets soggy, and gross. I’m extremely grateful for the manager listening to my concerns of the last 2 salads we ordered. We were given store credit, but more than anything I was grateful to have my concerns validated and understood! Management and staff are wonderful here. Absolutely love this Marcos!

I’ve been getting pizza from this place for years and on yesterday May 1, 2023 I’ve had the worst experience ever. My order was a pick up and I got home to enjoy my pizza and my daughter took a bite and pulled hair out of her mouth. I was disgusted and disappointed. I pulled the toppings off and it was hairball under the cheese. I’ve called numerous of times yesterday and kept being put on hold. All you can do is pull the cameras to see who intentionally put hair in my pizza. I paid for my order inside exactly 2:33pm

We called to order Pizza and after listening to a phone greeting and ad and waiting a while our call was dropped. I called back and finally got a⁰ person who took my order and info, gave me a charge price of 21 dollars…(no problem) but then in the next breath said “we don’t deliver unless the order exceeds 15 dollars. Will you pick it up?” I said really, our charge is 21 dollars and that is more than 15 dollars. He said, oh , would you hold on for about 20 seconds?… He never came back. I called again and was looped through their phone greeting and menu… Never got another answer. Not good, especially when the Pizza is the best in town@
