Ordered an Ultimate Magnifico (My transaction number was 102100085), my third one in as many months and what was supposed to be Old World pepperoni, Old World sausage, Italian sausage and pepperoni turned out to be Italian sausage, pepperoni and ham! The crust was limp, almost soggy — something that is hard to do when there is light sauce. The ball was dropped on this order all the way around.

This Marcos location is another one of my favorites! My food is always ready when I arrive and they make some great pizzas. They are definitely not skimpy on the toppings and my wings were delicious as well. I have visited this location probably 6 times in 1-2 months. The staff is friendly as well.

Okay so I order delivery through one of those third party deliver services **** Eatz. And got my delivery in a timely fashion. However one of the items I ordered was wrong. And you know those third party places are a pain in the to deal with getting things corrected. So I called up Marcos, they fixed the problem immediately and had one of their drivers bring me what I was missing. Super fast too! And I’m not mentioning any names because I know they aren’t supposed to do it when you order through a delivery service, but bravo because you guys rock. You have no idea how much this ol’truck driver appreciates it when good people in a business go the extra mile for him. Oh, and the food was awesome!

If you like hairy pizza then this is your place! One time here I found a fly in my salad and now several strand’s of hair on my pizza. I watched from my car as my pizza was being made. No gloves no hats or hairnets being used. The employee who made my pizza had dreads and an overly grown beard. Won’t be returning. Waste of money.

Ok so , 1st time , we got 3 pizzas that hadn’t been cut at all , second time we got anchovie pizza when it was supposed to be hamburger , they sent out a new pizza immediately … which is amazing … however this third time , the pizza was cut like a puzzle and there was no kind of garlic sauce , Parmesan or anything and one pizza was kind of burned . I know mistakes happen but , 3 times in a row ? I have to say , they have lost my business at this point . And I’m sad about that because I liked this place when I was in Texas .

It was a Mad house when I got there and when I got my pizza I forgot to pay … When I looked at my ticket I realized I didn’t pay but I was already home so after I ate then I drove back up there to pay and the guy at the front took my payment… I figured I would get a thank you or something but nothing.
