Ordered curbside pick up. Arrived near the tail end of the ready time. I called when I got there and was told on the phone it will be awhile as they were busy. No problem I said. My hazards are on and I’m out front. A whole half an hour went by and I watched multiple customers enter and leave with food. I called again and they answered then disconnected the call. I called back as, maybe it was a mistake. Nope! They picked up and disconnected again. I called back a third time and was disconnected again! On my 4th call, they answered then placed me on hold.

Ordered pizza online for pickup. App said 20 minutes. It took 50. Worst part? People came in, placed orders in person, and walked out with pizzas B4 me. Pizza is good, but I can get bad service at little Caesars for half the price. Not planning on going back.

I hate that I’ve had to lose going to my favorite place to eat. They have now 3 times in a row haven’t made my promise time. Tell me 45 more minutes after I’m already 30 minutes past my “promised time” I literally come late on purpose and end up going else where. I won’t be ordering from here again.

i ordered this meal twice and they can never get it right all i asked for was no mushrooms due to an allergy reason and this is the second time they’ve done it i mean it’s just one less topping and you have no idea what it could do to me. so if there is a next time or just in the future for anyone else READ THE FINE PRINT PLEASE.

I work at Trane technologies on killian rd. I ordered pizza from this location and set my delivery time for 10:50 so that I could meet them at the gate. I got a call from them at 10:42 and I called back at 10:45. They claimed to have called me 5 times and that he talked to the security guard (why they didn’t just ask them to take the pizza, I’ll never know), but when I called back he told me he’s heading back to the store and he’s not coming back. They told me that I could come up to the store to get my pizza, even though I paid for delivery. Will not be coming back to this location because they also lied the last time and said that in order to get pizza delivered it had to be at least 10 boxes but a day later another co-worker told us he got only 4 boxes and they were DELIVERED! Will not recommend this location.

This location has to be the worst. Food was delivered cold and horrid. After waiting over an 1 1/2 flr my food. I drove to the location to get a full refund. No apologies for the inconvenience or anything. Missing crust toppings, missing extra cheese on pizza, and need I mention this horrible looking cheesy bread. I’m never going here again. I’ve been ordering for years at least 3 – 4 times a month. I’ve let them slide over the past but I can’t take it anymore.
