We just ordered from Marcos again tonight like we’ve done so many times before usually the order is pretty good but this time it was a disaster we had asked for extra cheese and for some of the little garlic sauce containers when we got the order brought to our door something was very wrong it didn’t smell like it had garlic on the crust but instead when we took the slices out of the box you could tell it was doused with oil I called the store manager to tell him about the experience and his attitude was like he just didn’t give a rip needless to say I’m not too thrilled at their uncaring attitude and their disinterest in trying to resolve the matter after shelling out $30 worth for the order we ordered pizza and got an oil slick instead looking at the bottom of the box that it came in what do you think ?

Waited outside for maybe 15 mins the cars behind. Through the window I could see a male on all fours and started right back preparing food. Online and store prices are different. My family and I only had order pizza from this restaurant never ever again there’s a papa John’s and Pizza Hut nearby i rather spend my money elsewhere. The phone service sucks better words rude it’s just unbelievable. Their old crew was so much better, better personalities better business. Even when ordering delivery it’s like they’ll almost encourage you not too. It’s sickening fr.

Marco’s Pizza makes some very good pizza. I love that they offer low carb options also. I recently had their Philly Pizza Bowl and it was very good. I usually get their garden pizza and it always tastes so fresh with all the veggies. The all meat pizza is a good one as well. I love the big chunks of sausage on their pizza.

Pizza was delicious but the service was a huge negative….. fortunately for them lowest is one ⭐️. I have eaten at Marco’s in many cities but this was my first time here at this location. Placed our order went to pick it up, doors were locked. However, there were two employees in the register lobby area…. Neither offered assistance help or anything. It was only when we discovered the drive thru/pickup window on side of building that we were able to get our food. When we tried to inquire about why they didn’t come to door it was made to be our fault and we were rudely cut off from trying to explain it was our first time visiting….. and from their customer service it will most likely be our last visit.

Very disappointed in our last order. They were amazing when they first opened up, but the past two trips left us extremely disappointed. The pizza tasted extremely bland, and one was overly done. This combined with their prices which are higher than a few places around them have us not wanting to make a return trip. I don’t mind paying a little more if the taste is there, but it hasn’t been lately.

Each time I order a pizza here I get the thin crust for my white cheesy, and each time(about 8 orders to be exact) I select for the pizza to be cut into triangles, just like most normal people order their pizza. Sadly I receive a pizza that looks like the pictures I’ve posted. I understand this isn’t that big of an issue but the fact that it’s never correctly cut just baffles me
