Just picked up my thin crust deluxe. Got the thin crust because I wanted to make sure it was a little crispy with all those toppings. But it’s Soggy, uncooked, COLD, and when you try to pick up a slice the toppings just slide right off in one sheet. And to top it all off I just pulled a long blonde hair out of my mouth! Nobody in my house has anything close to blonde hair. WTH? I’ll never eat there again. This is bull.

They always have the best pizza! Their wings are so good! The customer service is what really makes you want to continue to return! They were really busy the other night and accidentally handed me the wrong pizza and when I called the manager knew the mistake and apologized… he even thanked me for not being angry (which not sure why someone would be angry over a simple mistake)… gave me a credit which was more than the cost of my pizza! They are always so friendly there!

I must say, for a chain pizza restaurant, they are very good. Their pizza, salads and tenders are consistently good and the prices are fantastic. They offer a solid rewards program that gives you quite a few incentives on free items and discounts on orders. My only con for this place is their time estimates on weekends are usually not very accurate especially with delivery. I do understand it’s the busiest days for pizza takeout and delivery, but please try to get more accurate timing. Other than that, great work!
