First time here, was in the area and wanted a quick lunch. Ordered the Italiano sub. Cost about $15 for a 12in sub and 20oz Pepsi. Definitely one of the better subs I’ve had. Fresh bread, lots of toppings and a good amount of meat/cheese. No dining room, to go only, small waiting area with a couple benches. The staff was polite and attentive and got my order out in about 10 minutes. I’ll definitely be back.

We ordered pizza online to-go and it was ready at the stated time for pick-up. Staff member who we paid and received our order from was friendly. The pizza, wings, and breadsticks we ordered were all delicious. Great deal on 2 topping large pizzas!! The inside of the store was a little cluttered and messy, but it looks like they are doing renovations currently so that is expected. Overall a good experience and we will be returning.

Ate Marcos for the first time today. When I got home with the Pizza I told my wife, “I hope this pizza is good because I want to go back just for their customer service.” Sure enough, our food was great. I had their new pizza bowl and while the large was a little smaller than I expected it was also better than I expected so I’m happy!

This place is horrible. I placed an order for 3 pizzas to have picked up to take to my daughter’s school for her Valentines party. Once the pizza was picked up and dropped off at the school, the teacher called me to let me know that one of the boxes was empty. I called Marco’s to let them know one box was empty and they hung up on me. The teacher called to inform them as well and they was rude to her and hung up on her too. I had to leave work to go to Marco’s to get my money back, and all they could say was “We was busy.” The customer service was horrible until I got there.

Ordered two pizzas for $25. Received one pizza and an empty box. The shift leader apparently thought I lied about the ordeal and told me to return with both pizzas. When I told him that it would be a total of an hour in pursuit of pizza that he refused to deliver to, he said that he would give me a $10 credit. My pizza, my gas, and my time was worth more than that!

I’m giving 2star bc my pizza was delivered to the wrong address when I gaves direction for delivery and I had a 33.63 store credit one employee remembered he didnt input it in the computer and the manager wouldnt honor it so to honor Marco I will order my pizza somewhere else.
