I usually love Marco’s pizza but was not impressed at all with the Philly I ordered. First wasn’t even loaded to the edge of the crust then after eating a few pieces I realized it was loaded with veggies and hardly any of the steak. So now I’m sure I will avoid eating Marco’s any more, sad cause I really loved their Philly thin crust but not worth it for the cost of getting nothing more than veggies and crust.

I ordered a pizza and was told it would be delivered in 20 minutes. When I called back after 40 minutes, I was told you only had one driver and it should be there soon. It has now been an hour and a half and I still do not have my pizza. My order has been cancelled after sitting on hold for another 20 minutes. I do not blame the staff that seems extremely stressed and short handed. The owner needs to do a better job hiring and maintaining staff if they want to continue running a business.

We ordered online with a delivery time of 5:30. My husband called at 5:45 to check on the status of our order because the tracking function was recently removed from the website, and was on hold for over 10 minutes before someone finally answered. We were told they only had 1 driver and a storm was brewing, hence the delay, and that our order should be delivered in 10-15 minutes before the associate hung up on my husband. When 20 minutes passed and our order still wasn’t delivered, he tried calling again and still can’t get anyone to answer the phone. The order is now over an hour late, and the website doesn’t offer the option to cancel and get a refund. Regardless of whether or not this order finally arrives, this will be our last time ordering from Marco’s. My suggestion is to save your money and your time, and order elsewhere.

Super friendly and delicious pizza!! They were very helpful when trying to order not being familiar amd their pizza despite prices is a very delicious pizza like ever! It’s has its own style and I love that about the plave! Only thing is not a dinning area to sit and have hot fresh table family eating done in!!

So I ordered on the app. I put pick up ASAP. It ended up changing it to 8:15. It would have been no big deal. Except when I showed up at 7:45. I asked about my pizza. I was told it was coming out of the oven. Ok cool. I didn’t know at this point that it was changed to 8:15. So I wait and wait. Finally, 15 minutes later. I get asked what I’m waiting on. I tell the girl. My name. She said well it’s not suppose to be put in until 8:15. I said I was told it was coming out of the oven. Plus on the app I said ASAP. She looked at me and said ” well do you want us to put it in now”. Yes. I mean seeing I have been waiting for almost 30 minutes at this point. It was very chaotic for it being a Tuesday. No one seemed to know what they were doing. I drove 20 minutes to try this place. Most like will not go back.

I’m giving it a one star because there is nothing lower than that. We love Marco’s and have been customers for years. Never again. I had the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had tonight and was asked to clock in and help. The applications were in the back if I could do better. I’m calling the manager tomorrow. Our food was horrible, after it was over an hour late and I had to go get it and wait 30 minutes.

I ordered 6 pizzas on Sunday, August 6, when I arrived they were not ready, I had to wait 30 minutes, I took them and left, it was my daughter’s birthday, when I arrived at the party, surprise! all the pizzas were burnt, horrible and no cheese. I had a bad time with my guests.

My order was wrong. I ordered a large pizza with pepperoni,ground beef,and ham. There was some other type of meat on there that I had to take off because I didn’t know what it was. Look as if they forgot to add the ground beef with the rest of the toppings, so they scattered it on top. It was overcooked, and It was falling off the pizza into the box.

The pizza here is usually the best in town, and “usually” is the biggest issue I have. Usually I’ll bring home a masterpiece of a Pepperoni Magnifico, other times it just feels hastily made and doesn’t have consistent toppings. They need better consistency and I would suggest opening the box before you leave the store
