For fast food, it is pretty good. I love the cauliflower crust, wish we could get it in different sizes. The app is not very user friendly. Takes me to the past ordered and I cannot always change the toppings. When I called to ask questions, they answered the one question, did not wait for any additional questions and hung up on me.

Ordered delivery online. 45 minutes late I go to check the tracker and it is marked as delivered. We call the store and put on hold for 30 minutes. Call another location to see if they can support or know why their sister location isn’t picking up calls. Told “there is nothing I can do”. I’m out $50 and hangry.

Placed my order online and told me my pizza would be ready at 6:41. A few cars in line in front of me but got to the window at 6:56 (15 minutes after pickup time) only to be told they had not started my pizza yet. Told to come back in 15-20 minutes. Finally got my pizza at 7:14 with no apology. Thought for sure I would see a coupon or discount for the inconvenience. Nothing. Very disappointing experience.

Did a carry out order. Young lady was on the phone when tried entering the building and she never looked up. Finally I ordered while in parking lot menu says “order ASAP” I did. Pulled up to the window young lady wasn’t pleasant AT ALL didn’t let me finish my sentence before saying it will be 15-20 minutes before trying to close the window. I asked could I at least pay? I’m in customer service so I gave her a tip $2 which I planned on giving $5 thinking it would make her feel a little better because she didn’t look Happy AT ALL. Wrong order of sauce tried calling her back and she kept walking. Really need training over there because

Marco’s Pizza Aiken. I would give a zero star rating if possible. Absolutely lousy customer experience! Called in and placed a carry out order. Got the pizza home to find that it was incorrect. Ordered 1/2 pepperoni. Called the restaurant and spoke to “Manager Amanda” who literally tried to argue with me and tell me I ordered 1/2 of one type of pepperoni and 1/2 of a different type of pepperoni! What on earth?! I most assuredly did no such thing! When did customer service stop being about “I apologize for the mixup… here’s what I can do to make it right”…

I went into try their new cauliflower crust. I had some questions about the crust. The girl who took my order could not answer my questions and did not offer to see if anyone in the back could help. The pizza ended up being good. A little pricey but worth it.

Excellent service. Had a good dining experience, but they don’t have a soda machine? The district manager removed it? They’re only selling bottled soda, which is strange. Other than that, probably the best Marco’s pizza I’ve ever been in.
