Really like the pizza but when the wait for delivery is consistently over 2 hours, it’s not worth it. Literally live 2 miles down the road. I don’t understand why delivery can take so long considering other pizza places take 30 mins to deliver. Really really sucks because the pizza is good but not worth 2 hours wait EVERY TIME.

The young lady, has poor customer service, not friendly, I had to ask for a bag, she just handed it to me. I ask her a question about something on the menu, she just say no. Pizza was good $15.00 4 a small, could have had better service!

We were visiting some friends in Alpharetta, GA this weekend (we are from TN, long time Marco’s patrons) and I ordered a pizza for the kids and accidentally gave the wrong address for delivery ( missed a digit in the house number, friend’s house, mistakes happen). After getting a notification of pizza delivery and no actual pizza for the kids, I called the store and explained the situation, and with no questions asked we had another pizza delivered to the correct address ( I hope the neighbors enjoyed the pizza they didn’t order!).

Excellent service by the staff but pizza for 7.99 is NOT good at all. It was like rock, greasy on the top but really freshly baked. We will not go to this location for any pizza anymore. Also tables were not clean, someone half eaten pizza on a table, someone footsteps on others table. These place does not keep place clean outside, I wonder what is inside kitchen. AVOID IT.

I like the chain, their pizza is way better than the hut, the papa, or the other one. This location has been very on top of the covid safety and I love them for that. The service is super fast and polite. Eat their pizza it’s nice.
