Horrible service & customer service! After waiting an hour for our pizza that was supposed to be ready, it had to be made over again twice due to a “bad batch” of yeast. Once the 2nd pizza was also wrong my husband just opted to just leave. Landon expected him to wait for it to be made a THIRD time, no thank you. He waisted enough time waiting and still no pizza! I called and was left on eternal hold by Landon. Bad business to say the least! Make it right Marco’s management.

I placed an order for pickup at Marcos, Grayson, Georgia. I went into the store to pickup my order. The cashier rung me for $29.77. Afterwards the cashier stated that she rung me up for someone else’s order. My order should’ve been $32.77. I offered to pay the difference in cash. The cashier told me that they have to reverse the order and I will need to pay again; but wait for 3 business days for my refund to reflect on my card. I told the manager that I was not going to swipe my card again to repay for the order due to the error on their behalf. I told them if I had to reswipe my card again they could keep the pizza. Well, they kept the pizza though I offered to pay the $3 difference in cash or card. . ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! This IS NOT acceptable business practices. My employer patronize faithfull with the establishment. But as of today we will no longer spend our money here.

I will never order from here again! Some places just aren’t worth it and this is one of those places. Had the worst experience ever here on Saturday and to top it off I didn’t even leave with my food nor did I get a refund. I asked for my refund but was told I reversed the payment but had no proof whatsoever because I was not given a receipt with a refund indicating it was refunded, I was told they couldn’t print one out but if it still shows on my bank statement on Monday to come back and then they’ll refund it when the mishap was 100% there fault! Worst place ever to go so safe yourself sometime and go somewhere where you don’t have problems with people being unprofessional and know how to work a register and run a establishment!

Been living at the same address for eight years. About six pizza orders ago I requested once in eight years in a telephone order for the pizza to be delivered to the pool. Fast forward to tonight I ordered pizza as usual. I remembered that the last time I ordered the driver said that there was a delivery note to deliver to the pool and I didn’t remember it when I was placing the order as soon as I hung up from ordering, I called right back, spoke with a young man, gave him the gate code, and said that “if there is a delivery note in there to deliver to the please take that out and deliver to the unit” the young man responded with OK. I after waiting for about an hour and 10 minutes I called back to check on the status of the order. I was told that it had been delivered to the pool. It is storming tonight and there is never anyone at the pool at night. Why on earth would the delivery driver would leave the pizza at the pool after I specifically asked for it to be delivered to the unit and for the delivery note to be taken out. I don’t know. I also don’t know why the driver didn’t call when he saw the dark empty pool at 9:30 at night. I went back-and-forth with the young man who took my order, Nicolas, over the phone who told me he was a manager (which I doubt), because I just can’t see a manager making this type of error. Why not call the resident something clearly wasn’t right. He did call the last time the order was sent for the pool and I asked them to change that then. Nicholas began telling me that I placed an order online previously and put the delivery note in. I don’t place pizza orders online. What he was suggesting did not happen. After requesting several times to speak with a manager, I was placed on a very long, hold and was hung up on. I called back calling back at which point I noticed that my calls were being intentionally diverted. I just kept calling finally someone claiming to be a manager answered the phone. I was thinking “I’m finally about to get a resolution to this problem and either receive a refund or receive my order. The young man answering the phone (The manager) said that “I” put it in the system for it to be delivered to the pool and that he cannot change it… So basically the error that was the company’s was actually my fault. To be clear I’ve never placed an online order with Marco’s. There was once probably about 4 to 6 orders ago, where I verbally asked for food to be delivered to the pool. Since This time I specifically asked for the food to be delivered to the unit. Granted, I called back about less than five minutes after I place the initial order, but the young man answering the phone was able to locate my order and confirm that he would put in the gate code, and have it delivered to do unit. The person claiming to be a manager hung up the phone on me repeated and avoided my phone calls for the rest of the night clearly intentionally. This was horrible customer service I don’t know who did the most recent batch of hiring but this is not my first time having a problem with an order this summer both Nicholas and whomever manager was on duty tonight should be fired. This was horrible customer service, and I ended up having to walk to the pool in the rain to get my order which had been sitting there for an hour and a half through no fault of my own. If it wasn’t 10 o’clock, I would’ve gone to the establishment but I needed to feed my children and get them to bed. I will never order from here again keep in mind I’ve been ordering here for eight years. The last 2-3 orders have been horrible and the poor customer service I received tonight indicated that my business and professional customer service is not valued. To the owners, I recommend that you salvage what is left of your business reputation by terminating this new batch of young men you have working for you including those taking phone orders (Nicholas), delivery drivers, and your night manger working on Wednesday nights. Glad I found the cold pizza sitting on the wet ground at 10:05 at night and there were no bugs on it.

Hey Marcos. As someone who enjoys pizzerias and the atmosphere you might want to be more lively. Also if you are putting toppings on the pizza, you probably should be wearing gloves. Also check the order before you say “here you go *sigh*”. I corrected my order 3 times before it was done correctly (first missed a pizza, then messed up type of drinks and messed up quantity of drinks). Come on now. If you can lean, you can clean. If you can gripe, you can wipe. Efficiency is key.

Called for a pick-up at 7:40 on Sunday August 13th. Had to ask the guy if he actually understood. Arrived 25 mins later to find he didn’t put the order in but the 4 men there were busy on cell phones and playing around. Took another 20 mins to get my pizza done. While waiting they made comments about one female customer that left regarding her butt and other lude comments. Fooling around one guy fell to the ground next to the counter.

The owner/manager takes no accountability for instructions not being followed such as contactless delivery please ring doorbell instead the delivery person decides to leave food on the mat and didn’t ring doorbell or knock… we decided to give them another try and when my sister ordered in advance the eta was 12:25 and we didn’t get our order and my sister called and was told the delivery person was at our house there was no delivery person at our house then she was told they would refund the order we didn’t get our order until almost an hour later and she was still charged. Poor management skills and customer service.

This review is genuine and honest. I called them and asked if all there pepperoni pizzas were all made this way with there portions and they said yes. The picture does not show this but it has literally no cheese on it and it even has no sauce on it. This company is pitiful. How pathetic. Very disappointed with there model of a pizza. Paid 17 dollars for a large pizza with no cheese or sauce and it’s literally the size of a medium with tiny little slices. How do they sleep at night. Johnnys is cheaper and not some riverside or Little Caesar knock off. Riverside and little Caesar is better and they are cheaper.
