I don’t know what’s going on with this store. Ordered a pizza Friday, 8/25. Pick-up time was 5:15. Arrived 5:18. Store was locked. Sign on the door said “Back in a moment”. Stood outside and waiting 20 minutes (95°). I could see my order sitting on the shelf. Phone was constantly ringing. No one ever returned. Thankfully I hadn’t pre-paid. I just left. I didn’t want an old pizza. What’s really sad is that, 2 days later and no one has called to apologize or say squat.

My first time trying Marco’s pizza. I did an online order for carry out. Easy process which was convenient. I scheduled my carryout time and it was ready right on time. Pizza was nice and hot. I didn’t really care for the taste of the pizza but the kids liked it so that helps with my review. Not sure I’ll order again but it was nice to try something new.

The pizza was absolutely amazing. I did an online order and requested curbside delivery. I ended up walking inside to pick it up. The young man couldn’t find the pizza so he had someone else assist him. The gentlemen who assisted him grabbed the pizza, checked it to make sure it was correct and then placed it on the counter closer to him then walked away. I assumed he was looking for something else, but nope. That was their way of handing me my pizza. The original guy who was in charge of the front desk started looking around as if he was looking for something. I asked him if I was good to go because my pizza was not necessarily handed to me as if I was good to go. Young man said “oh you need your pizza handed to you?” YESSSSSS because that is how you properly customer service someone and you tell them “thank you and have a nice day”. Silly me to expect at least decent customer service.

Twice now I’ve ordered delivery to get a call they have no drivers. Today I decided to call before wasting my money and sure enough no delivery drivers on a SATURDAY. They do not turn off delivery as an option online. If people pay extra for delivery it’s because they’re too busy or sick to come get the pizza in the first place. Done with Marcos. I’ve been buying pizza from them my whole life and it took one store to ruin it. If you want to see how NOT to run a business check these guys out.

Customer services is horrible I watched two workers ignore the phone twice then also picked up twice and put me on hold and never returned back to phone I was watching them thru the window because I had curbside pick up which I had to go in and get it myself then the man got smart and yelled “we’re busy” they need more staff

I ordered a specialty Hawaiian pizza & cheese bread. I suggested no contact delivery. In the notes, I specifically said knock before leaving food. My food was left on the ground didn’t hear anyone knock or receive a notification saying my food was outside. I find a stray cat eating my $35 pizza which was ice cold after a 88 min wait!! Can’t even get a refund because no one answered the phone. Drove to the location and they are closed! They should of been open at 11:00am.

So I was craving Pizza, Baddddd!! Decided to order from Marco’s Pizza & im glad I did!! Not only was the Pizza soooooo Good, they came right on time!! But wait, it gets better, the fact that the Driver went home & a team member still came to deliver my pie, they also gave me a FREE Chocolate fudge cake!!!! You guys get extra points in my book, thank you so much, much appreciated! Any other place would’ve just called me to tell me that can’t deliver my food with a sorry & a refund!!! Thanks Marcos team at the Marietta location on powder springs road!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️
