I ordered a large pizza through GrubHub from Marco’s. I thought I was ordering from the Chamblee location; unfortunately, my order was sent to this location. The pizza is beyond greasy and soaked in oil! There’s literally more oil than tomato sauce on the pizza. This is very disappointing, because I can’t even eat the pizza. I cannot see myself ordering from Marco’s again, because this is ridiculous. No way should a pizza be this greasy!

Ordered 2 large 2 topping pizzas to get to the store to find out this location conveniently doesn’t honor the online specials. Then on the way home, a ton of grease poured out of one box and burned my mom’s hand and leg.

We were traveling back to Smyrna and placed an order at a Marco’s further north and not along our route, the wrong Marco’s. The Manager quickly prepared my order in less than 15 minutes and bid me safe travels.

Ordered the new Pepperoni Magnifico. Ordering was easy; pizzas came out properly. Only complaints were that the pizza was overly salty and a bit greasy. Better than Domino’s as the flavors popped!

He treated me like family and was very accommodating to family emergencies. The food is fresh and prepped upon order. Definitely one of the best employers I have ever worked for.

Ordered my food VIA online order at 3:20 pm got an order confirmation immediately says my food is set to arrive.at 4:21 pm. At 4:47 I call up to the store and question where my order was, I was told it was out for delivery and given NO eta. I stepped away from my phone and missed the delivery drivers phone call. Call the store back and they stated they didn’t have my street number. I provided the street number and directions on how to get my house.Waiting for my food 20 more minutes and I the receive a phone call asking if my I want my order remade. At this point I’m furious and ask to speak to a manager. She states she can cancel the order or come pick it up.i asked would I be compensated for the waste of my time she told me those were my only 2 options and that’s it. And this is how they do business in 2020
