Marcos makes the best thin crust EVER! No matter which location I visit, the cracker crust is always baked to perfection. This is my go to pizza whenever. I tried Marco’s for the first time a week ago and I was super impressed. I got a thin crust Italian sausage pizza. The pizza was cooked to perfection. The sauce has a slightly sweet taste to it. And I used a coupon so the price was very reasonable. Online ordering and pickup were seamless and the staff seemed friendly. I will definitely be back.

My wife and I ordered a large deluxe without green peppers. The pizza arrived faster than the delivery estimate. The order was correct and very hot! This pizza was so savory and delicious! I can’t remember the last time I had pizza that tastes so good. goods. A++ service and goods. After being let down by their competitors on multiple occasions Marco’s wins hands down. I highly recommend Marco’s.

Due to the storm we were trying to find “fast food” my friend suggested Marco’s because her and her boyfriend have gotten pizza from there. I’ve never had Marco’s so this was a new place for me. We arrived and I sat in the vehicle before going inside and waiting. It was busy and honestly I’m patient. So I advised the lady that I later found out was a manager that I was here for pick up. I paid but never received a receipt. The guy at the other counter received 4 receipts and she told him to sign. Which I thought was rude and tactful, it’s not about what you say but how you say it. He stated he didn’t have a pen she told him again to sign. I looked at his counter which is where they were stacking the pizzas and he didn’t have a pen. I told him there was 1 by me. He came to where I was and he grabbed the pen when the same lady looks at me and moved my receipts from the his 2 receipts and said you need to sign. I told her I didn’t have my receipts. She slid them over and said sign your receipts. So my tip went to $0. I told her I didn’t have a pen and said sign your receipt. Now my tolerance is also at 0. So the guy finished signing his receipt looked at me and said, “so much for customer service, you can use this one,” and placed the pen on my receipts. I signed and waited another 10 mins for my pizza to be ready. The pizza was not good, I was very disappointed all together.

An unfortunate waste of a great PTC retail location. Toppings wrong and multiple orders with missing garlic cups, even after paying for extras. If you call to explain the issue you’ll be met with an indifferent response that borders on argumentative. We are done with this location. Try reading the order and verifying it before pick up or delivery!! It’s simple. I don’t care about your new boxes that don’t fit the cups well (a fairly recent excuse while in the store). Use a bag! Check orders!
