I placed an order and selected to deliver at 11:45am, no call, no notification that the estimated delivery time will be 12:25pm so my whole lunch time gone and no food delivered. What is the point of you asking what time the pizza should be delivered IF you still going to decide what time you will deliver it to the customer? absolutely not ordering from here again.

Trash 3 diff ppl had called in their orders and was told 15mins until ready we all here and they put nun of our orders in and it took 7mins just to ring up 1 pizza and then tlkn bout some if u was trying to get home to watch the game its here smh and on top of that I was giving 3 diff prices b4 getting the correct one and then they said last second oh we found your order and tried to give me a medium instead of the large I payed for and tried to make big deal of it talking bout I gotta get the manager for a refund instead of just giving me my large that I payed

Pizza arrived ice cold literally no cheese on it burnt I regret even trying to eat it taste like it was made yesterday and had been sitting out or something just horrible wings under cooked no flavor was supposed to be garlic Parmesan whoever made this food was like they don’t care how you not see how bad the food look when you box it up I will never get another item from this place this falls on the manager it’s sad you have to stand over your employee to ensure food quality it great ! A while bk place was good now it’s just not the move please retrain staff !

I quit using the other pizza delivery places. Marcos is all around better – better quality & customer service. Everytime I get one of their pizzas I’m amazed how fresh and good it tastes (maybe because I’m used to the “other guys” pizza). You also notice the kind workers with great attitudes working there!
