Every time I go I experience the same thing. The young people that are in here that has absolutely NO idea of Customer Service. There’s a girl at the front counter that literally moves at her pace and her pace only for everything. Every last one of the people in there Saturday night were either sitting down, on their phone, taking their lovely time. Phone was ringing and the girl at the front was dragging her feet. It took her forever to come ask me what I needed. This guy was on his phone and didn’t budge when I came in. The drink machine has been empty for days and when I went on Thursday they literally went and got me a HOT Pepsi from the back. If there are drinks in the back why are they not being stocked in the drink machine in the front. This establish really needs a reality check because this is not like any other Marcos I’ve been too.

I don’t want to dis the kids working because they were nice and friendly. I think they just don’t have proper leadership at night, and either the manager or franchise owner have no control or care for their facility.

Other issues aside, their food is actually good. Salads are fresh. Pizzas beat most other chains in the area. And good menu selection of other items. Service can be spotty at best and horrible at times. I’ve had to circle items on the receipt and explain basic vocabulary to get items I’ve paid for. And their website is a burning dumpster fire. And somehow it recently got worse. When I’ve tried contacting them to explain some of my issues with it, I only got nasty-grams in response.

1 pizza was made wrong and had to wait for another. The other pizza was over cooked and flavorless. I called for a refund and was given slight attitude when asked for the manager. They did offer to make another. I asked for a refund. If another pizza made was like the pineapple one they had to replace… no thanks!

I used to love coming here but it went bad fast over the past 2 years. They changed the cheesy bread into just breadsticks that are overcooked. When ordering the phone was ringing with no one that answered so we couldn’t hear the cashier correctly. Then she said, ” that’s what I said, didn’t I?” In response to us not being able to hear her over the sound of ringing. I won’t be going to a Marcos again.

My husband did a pickup order and noticed one of our pizzas was thoroughly burned. He notified the employee and the employee made us a replacement. The pizza was good, but I’ve noticed multiple reviews mention the fact that their pizzas were burned. Burned pizzas should not be given out to paying customers.

Our food was Ice Cold..Ordered a medium pepperoni and mushroom pizza only pepperoni on half our pizza ,we also ordered the 9.99$ chicken dippers we received hard old pieces of breading&We ordered a steak and cheese sub lettuce and tomato were old ..just disgusting
