My mom usually orders food for us but she was out of town so i ordered food. I was not happy with the way the person on the phone just straight up hung up on me the first time. Then the second time he proceeded to act like he didn’t know what i was saying (which could’ve been bc we had a thunderstorm the other day idrk) but we decided to order online. It said it would take about two hours (Huge thank you to Chris for delivering it to us)(didn’t take that long) but once we got it the wings were way too burnt. they’ve never been like this before. the pizza was just hard as well.

I am a regular customer, I literally order at Least once a week. I just ordered carryout at 9pm …they close at 10. The girl who answered the phone was rude and inconsiderate!!! I’ve NEVER had this experience before with Marco’s!! Everyone is usually really nice. I hope she wasn’t just having a bad day, but, she sure was rude. I LOVE the food and like I said I am a regular. But damn, no need to take your issues out in me!!!!! If it helps I ordered around 9:15, she didn’t mention her name but you could tell she didn’t want to help anyone!!! I love y’all MARCO’S but she definitely needs to be nicer, especially to a regular, she didn’t even get our name…..ughhhh. still love y’all, I just hope she never answers my call again!!!!

This was my first Marco’s Pizza. They got my order wrong but dammmmm the pizza was awesome. Juicy, hot, plenty of meat, tasty sauce; I was impressed. THEN went to the one on North Highlands expecting the same juicy pizza I was craving. Guess what, it was WACK! LLike how could be two places branded the same be soooo different. I don’t know if I want to try them again ♂️

Oh my God I had a horrible experience with this pizza I actually ordered a thin crust got a thick crust the manager got on the phone and told me that the person that took my order was reliable which was the lady Jada I asked for squares it came in triangles and she made me feel like I was lying when clearly her worker made a mistake and didn’t wanna admit to it will never order here again I’ll make homemade pizza from now on

Cleanliness is a HUGE priority of mine for me and my children. School is on break, so I went to get the kids a pizza. The young man was sitting at a table folding boxes. Then he got up and made a pizza. YES, without washing his hands or wearing gloves. I will no longer patronize this location. I know that we can’t totally escape germs. However, no one likes being sick and washing your hands is the LEAST that food service workers can do. The manager did require him to remake the pizza and the young man did wash his hands. But this was AFTER I said something. Marcos, you owe it to the community to do better and care more.
